Ice cream with my friend and her granddaughter!Our server told us the ice cream was very soft so gave us plates to catch the melting! And she was correct! It melted very quickly!Not a great trip, but the ice cream was good!A bad day yet we would return due to the kindness of the server!Can't fault a place that's been excellent for years!

Portions were large. $6 for a medium hard black cherry in a cup. If your looking for some really good black cherry ice cream this is the place.

I brought my family that came up from Texas here because I grew up on there ice-cream and wanted to share the experience. The ice cream was good but I must say the service was rude. The young blonde was confused about our separate payments and had an attitude and walked away from the window. Another young dark haired girl with better manners had to cash us out.

Best ice cream in town! Long lines when it's really hot but otherwise pretty quick service. Plenty of parking in the back but not really anywhere to sit and enjoy your ice cream other than your car.

Always nice service, and ice cream variety great. Would be 5 star but they have no seating which is a BIG deal when going with kids and or family. Trying to sit in car or back of truck in the rear parking lot is not ideal and too busy.

Very good icecream friendly people until today when someone calling themselves the manager higher the prices with out saying anything. It's been the same price all summer now he said it's what he is charging doesn't matter what everyone else there is charging so you know who ever this clown is is just pocketing the money very disappointed in this place now

Yes it is a bit early for ice cream but if your going to be open at least be able to give customers what they ask for. IE: Toppings. Also $13.... seems a bit heavy to me when I ordered a baby twist, medium twist, and a large twist. I read a lot of reviews unfortunately I was not served the portions that other people received.

Ice cream is good lots of options. The service the last couple times we’ve gone in the evening hasn’t been good. The employees give the impression that we are bothering them as we order, they are not very friendly.. tonight we asked for an extra napkin and one of the girls ended up sighing loudly so we just walked away. We’ve gone earlier in the day a couple times and service is great.

It was very good experience eating ice cream there. They have quite a few choices for ice cream lovers. The taste of the week was a choice by one of us and I guess not bad choice at all. Usually, I do not take two scoops but here I could not resist and took two ice cream scoops. Staff was very friendly. They serving everyone with smile even close to end of their day (10pm). Usually, we all get tired by the end of day. :) Highly recontact for people who live around or ever want to scoop a tasty and remarkable ice cream. This was my second visit in 4 years to New Hartford withfamily and I did not miss it opportunity to eat ice cream here. What else? Just go and have your experience.

Took a 20 minute drive due to the reviews, food was great, ice cream was great but the customer service was horrible. 9/5/16 around 4-5 pm there is a blonde girl with her hair tied up and she charged my card twice and said it didn't go through so I gave her another card. I was polite about it and she hissed at me and said wait then gave me my money back in cash and did not apologize. She gave me my drinks with no straws and when I asked she placed them on my box of food aggressively and rolled her eyes. This is an experience that has made my decision of never bringing my family or friends back there. Word of advice, don't hire anyone with bad customer service because this really drives people away.

Driving thru in this area and a friend suggested it. Generous sizes at a good price. Ice cream had a lot of taste and was thicker than most soft serve I've had.

Has great ice cream but the staff can be extremely rude to customers. My four year old dropped his ice cream after rounding the cornor to the back. Went back to window and they charged me for another one after just leaving a $2 tip. Very sad they treat loyal customers like that.

Terrible ice cream, the soft chocolate ice cream was like dark chocolate. It tasted like a soft fudgecicle and had a bitter after taste to it had to go home and ri see my mouth out. also had to tell the girl 4 times what I wanted. VERY disappointed. Ice cream factory use to be awesome but not anymore.

There ice cream is sooo goooood the only problem is when its hot and lets say you order a waffle cone and a soft serve ice cream even if you order it small if you dont eat that ice cream in time the ice cream will get everywhere very messy but at the same time worth it but thats how good the ice cream and waffle cone in this factory is
