I thought I had to put a bad review coz of the experience my family had. They went there to get some candles and bought candles worth 100 -200 dollars. The service they received was so bad. The middle aged woman there did not even want to make this sale. We were of a different ethnicity and she was harsh and spoke very rudely. Her behaviour was quite demeaning. Definitely not going there again and would not recommend because of the bad service l.

The staff at the store was very attentive and welcoming. Prices of the candles went up a bit, but still you always find good deals. Plus they also have other items out of season with great discounts.

Store has a huge variety of candles. I have a few ones I love that were discontinued and was able to find 2 years later in this location.They always have some kind of sale and you can buy big candles for 20-50% off regular price.You can personalize candles there with your pictures and logos.Customer service is nice, although the last time I went, the lady didn't stop following me - like I'm a thief.

The store as such is good with a lot of interesting candle holders and sprays. However, I feel that the staff need to be trained to be more amicable to customers (I felt they were rude to people of a different ethnicity such as myself). I didn't feel an ounce of hospitality until I bought some stuff.

Visited this location today. Bad decision. There was employee drama going on in the store over their schedules. It was so uncomfortable. A "mature" aged woman was complaining and storming around the store, yes I said storming around (like a child), saying "I'm tired of him scheduling me a short shift on Saturday's and then expecting me to close on Sunday's. I will not do this anymore."Ummm.... hello..... there are people shopping. I understand work life balance but there is a time and place. I was so uncomfortable, I rushed and made my selections then bounced out the door.My recommendation: don't go on Saturday or Sunday unless you want to witness the Yankee Candle drama club.

There staff was super helpful and the stock was perfect, even on a busy Sunday. I'm really not sure what the difference is between a regular retail and an outlet of this store, other than the great deals.
