The Moncler location was very organized and clean. The sales associates are absolutely helpful in making sure you are able to purchase what you went in for. The sales were absolutely amazing at the time I went. I loved how each section was color coordinated which was helpful as well. The location is dog friendly and Bhazi gives them two paws up š¾

I loved my experience here with a great supervisor, Ernesto! Despite the initial 20-minute wait in line, once inside, the service was welcoming and tailored to my specific needs. Ernesto, who was accommodating from the start, worked with me throughout the process to find the exact jacket I was looking for in my preferred color, size, and fit. I am now a fan, and Ernesto and the team deserve great praise for their amazing customer service. Thanks for the excellent experience! š

Highly recommend arriving closer to the time the store opens so the wait in line is either nonexistent or short. I only had to wait about 10-15 or so minutes around 11am on a holiday weekend and it was 100% worth it! They had a fairly good inventory and I was able to snag a unicorn of a jacket that the staff were so surprised to see in stock (there was only 1 and it fit perfectly!). And at a very good discount to make the trip north from NYC very much worth it :) Gary helped me make my selection and was super kind and patient throughout the process!! Thank you Gary for the wonderful experience!!

The line was ridiculously long. People were able to cut or go in ahead of everyone which was weird. People were standing in the line just because they saw others do it. Pro tip come early like 12ish and go in the spring summer and fall when weather is good. Weird interactions with shoppers lots of pushy behavior, entitlement and negativity which I ignored. Security only let 2 people at a time which is good for the shopping experience. Less people inside make a good customer to sales associate ratio.Most of the staff were busy, standoffish or in their own world other than Mo. She came straight to us and took her time helping both my husband and I pick out coats. She took 40 minutes to a hour asking us questions on what we liked. Sizing is limited but we made it work. Iām bigger so I was surprised Mo took the time and an interest in finding me something nice. A Moncler Grenoble Chamoille in a size 4! It looked so much like the old Hudson which I always adored. The only 1 in the back.The prices were good. My husbandās wasnāt the best price but mine was a steal. A little annoyed most of the fabrics arenāt natural or organic, real fur, but faux and polyester for the prices they shouldnāt be. No garment bag was included for both items which shocked and disappointed me because it should come with the coats for the price. The design is excellent and so is the shape style stitching and fit. My husband said the were light but extremely warm. We bought a coat for myself and my husband. Thanks Mo!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Ray at moncler outlet. His exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge made my shopping experience truly delightful. Not only did they greet me with a warm and friendly attitude, but they also took the time to understand my needs and provide me with great recommendations. They were sold out of the original coat I wanted but he took the time out and went above and beyond to find a perfect coat for me. His professionalism and patience were evident throughout the entire process, and I left the store feeling confident in my purchase. Waited outside in the cold for well over 10 mins while we watched 4 different parties leave. Store wasnāt even busy as we could see through the windows. The gentleman at the door just kept us waiting outside for no reason, when I confronted him about it he just shut the door while I was still talking. We left without ever even going in. At this day and age, companies need to understand that customer service is everything and rude employees are a big no no. Take your money elsewhere, we didā¦

This black lady staff was following me around with being much help and got super impatient with me trying on different clothes and saying it's too much. Funny how this is the second negative review I had to give to a Moncler store. Amazing clothes not so good customer service depends on the location.

Unbelievably pretentious and rude- was talking to the sales associate at the check-out desk and another snobby salesperson needed to get by the counter- instead of using her words and saying "excuse me" she proceeded to push me out of the way. Didn't get a chance to get her name but she wouldn't even be accepted working at Walmart with that kind of horrible customer service and demeanor. Another male salesperson whom I'd tried to ask for assistance earlier also was disinterested in helping and kept walking as he made some useless comments asking if a salesperson had helped me at the front- obviously not, or I wouldn't be asking him for help.

The line was very long which wasnāt the issue. We had to line up and waited 25 mins to check out once we choose our items. Worst part is the cashier said what did you expect you r at an outlet. Terrible experience. No one helped. The manger did not help whatsoever when thereās a long line and only one check out. No one was around the store to help. We spent 30 minutes lining up outside, then 20 mins to choose our goods and another 25 mins to line up to cash out. Service was Terrible so we were here for 1.5. The only good part was a lot of the items were additionally 30 percent off.

I recently had a very disappointing shopping experience at this store. The female manager's service was rude, showing a lack of courtesy when asking, "What do you need."What's even more unsatisfactory is that the middle-aged Chinese male salesperson misled other customers, and when I tried to interact with certain products, he refused and made me feel uncomfortable.This treatment and behavior not only impacted my shopping experience but also negatively affected the overall reputation of the store. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously, implements measures to improve service, and ensures that every customer receives respectful and fair treatment.

Pretentious. Unnecessarily long line. It does not promote a more intimate customer experience, it causes your potential customers to freeze, not buy anything, and leave negative reviews. Get over yourselves, this is not Club Moncler.

I have been waiting outside for 4 hours. Store is no where near capacity only three people inside. Not allowing people to go in. Extremely long line. Minimum people is store capacity is much higher but still have people waiting in the cold. Poor service. Security and general manager very nasty to customers. Seems no one has customer service experience. Just disgusting.

THIS THE MOST TERRIBLE STORE IN WOODBURY. THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY. THE LINE IS INTOLERABLE AND THEY MAKE YOU WAIT HOURS WHILE ONLY 2-3 PPL ARE IN THE STORE AT A TIME. I WATCHED THE DOORMAN LET SOMEONE HE KNOW SKIP THE LINE WHILE WE WAITED. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience and great deal. Purchased several pieces of the clothes from this store. I visited the store in last Saturday and Juan assisted us! He is very patient and helpful. One of my family member cannot come to the store and Juan became the model to try out the clothes and helped us to choose the size. Overall itās great experience and recommend people to find Juan for assistance!

LINE IS SO SLOOOOW. NOT WORTH WAITING FOR. IM ABOUT TO EXPERIENCE LINE RAGE. I think the door man has a personal grudge. All my anger should be warming up my fingers but I think my anger turned to ice cuz I canāt feel my fingers from the cold of the outside air, and the personal grudge this door man holds must be very petty. My soul is frozen. My body is frozen. My brain is frozen. Which is why I donāt have the good judgement to leave the line and give up. Beware of suffering.

I was blown away by the new location at Woodbury. It is well stocked, airy and very pleasing to shop. All the staff were fantastic, but Ray in particular went above and beyond; getting me different sizes, suggesting things that I ended up loving and even getting my little one stickers when she got bored with shopping. It really was a phenomenal expirience!

I went to Woodbury Commons, Monroe NY and joined the line at 12pm for the Moncler line. The line consisted of over 60 people, and the store was letting people in 2 at a time, every 30minutes. Moncler representatives are careless in managing the line. Many people with small children were exiting the store, the Moncler staff fail to maintain a flow of having people enter the store, which discriminates against parents with little children and the disabled, whom had no where to sit, for such a long period of time. I am asking that corporate oversees this matter and fix this situation so it doesn't happen again.

Unsure why this OUTLET store feels entitled to have people unnecessarily wait in line in the cold when there are barely more than 4 customers inside ā and the store is huge! If youāre not a size XL or XXL skip this one because those are the only sizes they carry.

Unfortunately, lines are part of the deal at Woodbury but it's worth the wait. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Trina worked with us and she helped us find some great items for our kids. We walked out super happy.

Line is terrible, we waited more than hour just to enter the store. When people 4 people left the store security do not allow us 2 person to enter and we needed to wait 20 more minutes, but store is almost empty without people inside.

I don't want to mirror all the feedbacks about the long line but I seriously question their queue system that has no logic whatsoever. Honestly shouldn't this be solely based on input and output? On Feb 4th, 2023 between 11am-12pm, one associate (Indian woman) was being very abrasive, threatening to kick me out of the store when I had made a comment that she was letting two people inside the store when at least 6 people left. Premium brand w/ under par customer service is just unacceptable. You may think maintaining a long line is good for optics, but please educate your employees so that the customer experience is not as unpleasant as the 30+ min waiting.
