We were in Walmart this afternoon looking for a printer, we asked for help and Matt came right over and helped us, he was very pleasant and helped answer all our questions he’s a gem, it was so nice of him to be patient with us and direct us to what we wanted 😊

Cashiers are very unprofessional. Terrible customer service skills. Most are very rude. Managers talk about me with secrect shopper who thinks he is a cop or something. Laugh out loud. Should be able to feel welcome when you go to this Walmart. Yea no way straight up. Diffently dont fell welcome or at that feel like you can even be there. It doesnt stop. Do plan on going higher up to find out what to do about the employees that are causing me trouble.

I waited around 20 minutes to have my order brought to my car. There is no option to go inside the store and pick up the order. Due to those facts is a 2 star.

Very disappointing when this is the only grocery store in Central Square, however the shelves seem to constantly be empty for the people who actually don't want to online order their groceries. Would love to see more effort and focus put on stocking the shelves, especially for common items. Sad that the only store in Central Square can not be relied upon to provide this. Hope someone takes this review seriously and does something. Thanks.

I had a terrible experience with their delivery service. I ordered groceries to be delivered between 9-10pm on December 10th. At 9:50pm I received a message stating my delivery is going to be delayed by 2 hours!! Upon speaking with the call center for grocery delivery I was rudely told the reason for the delay is because they had no drivers to deliver my groceries and either I could use Uber or pick them up myself!! They also refused to cancel my order when I requested them to do so. The groceries showed up on my porch, without any text telling me that they were getting delivered. They were thrown in bags that were wet and some of my items were ruined. I WILL NEVER ORDER from Central Square Walmart again!!!!

Frustrated with Central Square,Walmart! The selection is not as good as other supercenters with much better stock. I.E Cicero, Clay,Camillus are so much better. They get things in, you love it, and then they stop stocking it. They've been keeping the higher priced named brand items and getting rid of the lower priced manufacturers. I've seen it in their soap isles, laundry section, and food isles multiple times. Meat prices are outrageous. If you want a deal on that, you need to wait for it to go on markdown. It's hard to find help when you need it. Walmart used to be the place to go, but we need a better grocery store with better prices in the area.

The most superior Walmart ever. To the point where my out of state family even raves about it. Always so clean. Such nice staff. So well stocked. You go to Cicero or clay just 15 minutes away and in my opinion they’re a nightmare. There is no better Walmart than central square. THANK YOU 🙏🏼

I've always had exceptional service at this Walmart. Customer service people are always super friendly and helpful whether it be delivery, pick up, returns or anything.

I’m at this location two very bad wire showing tires they refused to put two tires on that were good they stood there in the shop and watched as my husband struggled with a bad jack to try to jack the car higher we asked if they could just come out and help with a jack they refused they stood around watched as my husband struggled there manager Adam was no better he wasn’t of any help either not a single one of them were helpful we will not be coming back to this location

Might want to check some of your workers. This boomer was very rude to a disabled veteran and if this keeps up me and my family will take our business elsewhere. I normally don't have an issue and most of the associates normally have great customer service but seriously.

I did grocery pickup for the first time at this location. Normally I go to Fulton or Oswego. I chose central square this week so that I could just stop in my way home. The employee who came out took at least 15 minutes from when I arrived, to come outside. He was very rude and spoke shortly with me. Then proceeded to THROW my groceries into my trunk. Normally, at the other locations, every thing is neatly stacked. Then to close my trunk he didn't take into consideration the bars that swing down for the lid, so he continuously slammed the door over and over, crushing some of my items and almost breaking open the cooking oil! This man didn't bend down a single time. He was fat and lazy so stood there throwing my belongings. Very displeased. Will not use this location again. I'd rather drive 20 minutes each way out of my way than have to deel with this employee again.

Unfortunately it's pretty much all that's in this area or I wouldn't bother... with that being said, it's a smaller Super Center and for some reason, they haven't figured out that the shelves and refrigerators should be stocked in the evening so that the items are readily available at the opening of the next day...

It's Walmart. I've come to not have any high expectations. Usually there's zero cashiers and only self checkout. But today surprisingly they had more than one lane open, but unfortunately was overcharged by 127 which turned into a 30 minute wait at customer service to get a refund.

Ick! Horrible produce 99% of the time. "Fresh" meat not much better. So dirty, in general. Less than helpful staff (an understatement to say the least). Much rather spend the extra $$ at Wegmans, and be confident about the quality of product I am purchasing, and have employees happy to help.

If you'd like to be profiled by the color of your skin while trying to get groceries with your family, come shop at this horrible store. What an awful example their employees set to our young children who watched your staff treat us like second class citizens. Way to go for such an exemplary display of racism & profiling! It is always a little busy so expect a delay of up to 10+mins then what you plan for. Self checkout almost always has a line. Clean place, workers are helpful. Wish there was more organization.
