I moved my prescriptions here after walgreens closed. Big mistake! They didnt have 1 medication that i needed so they sent it to walmart. This is after they said theyd have everything for me to pick up.A month goes buy and i call to get my refills and the Child that answered the phone was barley audible and had no idea what she was doing.I gave my name and told her i needed my refills. Now most modern pharmacies have an automated service that makes it easy or if your talking to someone in the pharmacy they will ask your dob and ph #Look you up and know what you need.Not here this place is in the stone age.And whatever you do dont question the elementary student who answers the phone or you will get scolded when you go to get you drugs.I moved my business to kinneys there really friendly and helpful there.and refill are quick and easy.

Moved my proscriptions here after walgreens closed.Seemed like the thing to do.Till i got co pays for my proscriptions.My insurance covered all that at walgreens but for some reason this place wants to charge me.So i call walmart and guess what no co pay there either. I this village pharmacy needs some extra money.I can tell you it wont be my money.Moved my scripts to walmart.

I moved to Central Square about two years ago. I was very apprehensive about switching pharmacies, as I had developed a rapport with my previous pharmacists n Baldwinsville. During an awful snowstorm I had my prescriptions sent to Village Pharmacy, as it was much closer. To my surprise they exceeded my expectations! I have since had all of my prescriptions transferred to them. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. And their customer service is second to none! They have helped me resolve insurance issues, as well as delivered my prescriptions when I was unable to pick them up. I’m glad I made the switch!

I used this pharmacy for 8 years. Recently moved to Indiana and miss them already. The people are friendly and worked above and beyond to help me in any situation. Loved the fact that they offered home delivery and fast service. Hoping to find a independently owned pharmacy here.

It's been my Pharmacy for more been 12 years they've always been excellent very nice always help me with ever I needed forever grateful thank you to everyone that works there I live off of Taft Road now in North Syracuse they have closer Village Pharmacy but I will always go to that one to everyone that works there thank you for always being so nice to me
