Not a good transaction. Called ahead to make sure the chainsaw I wanted was in stocks even though it was listed in stock on their website. Was assured it was and the male clerk said they even had 2. I drove 20 minutes to the store to find that they didn't have it. Had another clerk look for it and showed me it was on the shelf. I showed her the tag didn't match the saw it was on. She told me oh I'm sorry it was entered in wrong. It took me 30 seconds to realize the mistake and I don't even work there. Two employees and neither one had a clue. Not happy. Won't be making purchases with tractor supply in the future.

Great staff very helpful and knowledgeable... wasnt in the store 5 minutes and was sidetracked looking at some things an employee asked if I needed help... she was so helpful and knowledgeable answering all my questions and helping me get what I actually came for in record time...

Absolutely awesome place. Can’t walk in without buying a bunch of stuff.Staff has been nothing but nice and courteous. Always get greeted when walking in, especially with the pup.

on more than one occasion I found their staff to be inept.....or just plain rude..called to ask about product - tell me where it is in the store I get there and its not its at other side of the store....no idea what talking about ....so I ask an associate - he has no clue.....asks another person who says where they are - grab 2 head for register ..after standing in line for 15 min. while they wasted time on stupid things backing up the line down the isle....over tax exempt and reward points - so someone opens second register - takes forever to cash him out -- only to have him over hear the conversation at other register and asks for tax exempt too....meanwhile were standing there giving each other looks for the time it took...no one was even concerned about the wait...never said - hey be right with ya...calls you up finally - never says hey how are ya - sorry for the wait - thanks have a nice day - nothing....need to step up common sense

Omg these ladies up there! At almost 7pm, my kid ran in with her bleeding chicken her arms covered in blood. A beak trimming gone wrong- super clot did not help its what we had at home- Nicole took her right to the back to the pet wash area dripping blood all over the floor. She applied the clotting powder to get it stopped. We purchased some to bring home along with anti bacterial chicken spray stuff. They were all super nice and understanding of our situation. We thank you ladies all so much. Bleeding did stop and she seems OK now. Hopefully she recovers well.Here is picture of Ta Ka pre beak trimming fiasco making herself comfy in my purse

I just have to say how pleased I was last week when making a purchase from the tractor supply in central square. First the 2 ladies I dealt with were very knowledgeable and answered all my question. The best part of my trip was Jack. Jack was so unbelievably helpful and spent almost an hour with me. He helped load my van. It was like a jigsaw puzzle to make everything fit and when most people would give up he stayed with me to the last piece was loaded. Jack was just amazing.
