We ordered through the Touch screen when we first got their to pay with card. Got to the cash out part and the light started flashing saying we had to pay at the register. I went to pay and my wife went to use the restroom, which didn't happen. She said the floors where's soaked in a bround liquid. And the employee in the stall was throwing toilet paper all over the floor. But anyway, when they called our number to get our food. We went to get it. They didn't give us any of our drinks/cups for drinks. We checked the begs and there was 2 items missing from the bag as well. This is 23 mins after ordering. And noticed on the the wat out after finally getting our whole order that the light was still flashing on the machine we tried to use. So needles to say. No more central square McDonald's for us.

My rating really is a -1, but Google is making me be generous. They definitely need to hire more workers, especially runners. Waited almost 30 minutes for a simple order: McChicken, 4 piece and a small fry. Multiple larger orders were prepared and sent out promptly, most of which were ordered way after we placed our order. Had to ask for a refund and throw deuces. And to couple the long wait, apology not even considered by manager. Quite unprofessional and discourteous. Won't be visiting again ✌🏾

If you get fresh food from this location, it’s not what you ordered, and if it IS what you ordered, it’s cold. There is no win here lol I got a pie the other day and it was 8hours past the ENJOY BY time lol

It's McDonalds... the food typical McDonald's food, when the fries are fresh they're the best but when they're old and cold I rather pass! My issues are always with the service, if you order a soda through the app or drive through you get like 3 ice cubes and your soda is warm. If you order anything even slightly different than how it comes standard than good lord the employees just don't know what do! Extra sauce on a big Mac? You'll either get so much the burger is swimming or they just decide not to put any on at all.... for people that are making $15 an hour you would hope they could at least do their jobs.

This is not the first time I have had poor performance from the team and leadership at this McDonalds. Just 2 days ago at lunch time I went through the drive though and ordered my regular meal, a quarter pound no cheese large meal. I was asked to move forward because this burger is made fresh, but not this case. This order takes long and I always expect this. The order was brought out and one side of the burger was burnt, much darker that the exposed side. I had it returned and it almost came back out immediately, this was a surprise, again because I know it takes longer. I walked this one back in and showed it to the next person I could get and it was the supervisor, she was obviously upset, the burger again look very dark on one side and normal on the other, and was folded in half! No she was upset with me, "what do you want, remake it or refund it". I just told her forget it, she was upset that I had rejected 3 burgers in a row, not understanding that the quarter pounder takes more that how fast they were coming out. I was obvious to me that these were pre-made and over cooked, but he did not do her job and fix the problem, if I had gotten another one it would have been thrown at me probably. This is not the way this works, I have NEVER complained about how these are cooked, but not this team!

This place is a joke they do not let vegans know there fries are cooked with beef stuff in them and if u look into it they cook there fries in natural beef flavoring then the rude child hidie hangs up on ppl and thinks it's a joke very rude ppl and horrible customer service but this is a lawsuit and they will know she can kiss her job goodbye then spoke to the "manager" he refused to give his name and told me cus they are short staffed is why I was treated rudely then proceeded to tell me I should have looked into if french fries are vegan and asked like potatoes really then proceeded to call me a joke and be rude himself best part is I recorded the phone call cus of the rudness so cooperate can figure out who the two kids are I do not recommend this mcdonalds I will keep yall posted on my TV show I'm gonna really go in on this it's unprofessional and just bull to treat customers this way but karma allways works and having a good lawyer does too we have contacted our friend at PETA and we are reaching out to our local vegan groups for help on this when someone asks for vegan options then asks for fries they should let ppl know they aren't vegan friendly instead they don't think we'll this guy is vegan why is he ordering fries and say something no we asked they said yea they are and now we need to do something I plan to make it so they will need to show on there menus next to food non vegan or vegan black and whiteVegetarian options: They don't tell you that there fries are cooked in natural beef flavoring then are very rude for having an issue that there is nothing telling ppl they aren't vegan friendly

I stopped for some lunch before work. I ordered some chicken nuggets and a medium fry. I was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for my order. Parking spots were full of people waiting for their food. They even had cars pulling up in the drive-thru for others to drive around them. I waited 20 minutes or more for 20 chicken nuggets and a medium fry. I was almost late for work because they took so long. Usually it's not like that when I go there but yesterday was a fail.

This place never can get an order right. You call they just put your name in the book no we are so sorry. You order something with no onions, you get onions. You order no pickles, you get pickles you order a plain fish absolutely plain no bread No nothing and they can't even get it right. They put it in a dish, put cheese on it and tartar sauce Order a Deluxe chicken Sandwich, and you get a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles. Every single time we go they can never get anything right!!!!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I ordered ahead on the app. 18 minutes from the time I gave my mobile order number until I received my breakfast, and I only ordered a sandwich and a drink. I waited 3 minutes at the pick up window. Each car was taking 2-3 minutes to get their order and it wasn't all that busy. I got back on the road, and my sandwich looked like a 3 year old assembled it. Both the cheese and egg were off the side of the undercooked bagel, the egg was folded four times and was thick and narrow and did not fill the bagel properly. There were two slices of bacon cooked to cardboard status that crumbled to pieces when I took the first bite.

Just had a terrible experience at this McDonalds. Placed my To-Go order at 1:16pm and still had not gotten my food by 1:46pm. Questioned the prep crew as to when my order could be expected. Answer I was given was "I can't tell you". Then proceeded to ask where the manager was and she was helping in back, which is 100% understood because it was busy. However, when you ask nicely when your order might be ready and get attitude, it doesn't fair well with me. Asked for a cash refund and was provided one, however no apology from the manager for both the way the staff behavior was and also for the inconvenience of a half hour of my time wasted and also my kids not getting lunch at McDonald's. Just want to advise McDonald's that I often spend $40-$50 multiple times a week and this location will now be avoided at all costs. Also noticed when I got home that the 6000 points I used for the free Happy Meal did not get refunded either.

May you live near a McDonald's location that is run by happy people. Happy employees make happy food, which in turn makes you a happy customer and the world smiles at you. Many of the unfortunate begin a bad day with an imperfect coffee from an unhappy person, at an unhappy location, which sets the tone for your unhappy day. Then again how much power does your attitude wield at 7am?
