Get the app...Went here every day like i used to do. I get my energy drinks here. 3 for 5.50 like always.Today my drinks where 9 dollars. Didnt notice and paid. Asked the lady ringing me up why they where that much, I always pay 5.50.She told my I need the 711 app and instantly called the next person. They all do that. Before you can put your card back in your wallet, they call the next person. If she asked for a card beforehand, or nicely told me I needed the app instead of taking my money and pushing me out the door, I would continue to do business with them.As of today, I'm not going back to 711 again. Coffee went up in price and is now a lower quality and the lady that works here is just rude. No one in that shop but one person is polite. They want your money and to push you along. Never has anyone said good morning or have a nice day.

Your usual 711, convenient and usually clean but the staff is awful. Everytime I go in its the same 2 girls, they look at eachother and back at you while u stand there and wait until one of them decides to help you. They are rude and never give u a receipt or say thank you or have a nice day. Customer service needs work

The early overnight crew very mean and makes you wait online just standing there for no lie good 5 minutes while he made me watch him make Waffles for nobody at 3 AM While I’m patiently waiting on line. Then I seem to be wrong but waiting in line and patiently waiting and then I’m asked to leave the store what kind of place are you running here !! You lucky I had to give you a star they wouldn’t even let me give you a quarter of it !!

I'm not sure what happened to this 711. I've been going to it since it opened. Something's always broken now, the food racks are usually empty, and It's just not as clean as it used to be.

Don’t get gas here. They hold $100 and if u don’t have $100 you can’t get gas and they hold all of your money for days

Diesel pumps are ALWAYS either broken or operate at a such limited capacity (super slow) it isn't even worth pulling in. Go 50ft up the road and get diesel at the Speedway7-11 convince store is great outside of the diesel filling station
