I went shopping there this Sunday morning. I was in the store for half an hour nobody even said hello to me or can I help you? Numerous times the owner was reprimanding an employee in front of me. So I walked out. I was about to make a purchase of well over $100 and now I will never go back. If you don’t care for Customer Service continue to shop there. There’s something to be said for a, “hello how are you?”

Had my first experience at Sherel’s - absolute gorgeous selection of hats and accessories. Had a very positive visit and am definitely planning to be back.
