They won’t pack your order right - this new management is 0-2 when it comes to me. Not only that, they refused to throw in an egg roll or extra sauce and accused me of lying about my rice being in the order? Makes sense why chosen can remain popping for 20+ yrs. Was a life long wok tov fan but can’t be anymore with this new leadership:(

In recent months Wok Tov has improved significantly. The staff and management always have a smile on their face and are incredibly friendly and attentive. The food has improved dramatically as well. If you’ve never been, or it’s been a while, you owe it to yourself to check them out.

The worst chinese food I’ve ever had in my entire life! The fried chicken had hair all over it! It wasn’t even hot nor crunchy! It was soggy and it just had came out the kitchen! The fried rice was so horrendous! Worst experience ever! I chucked it right in the garbage! What a rip off I feel robbed of my hard earned money! wouldn’t even give the homeless this garbage thats how bad it was!

Coustomer service from the guy who took the order was good..The food on the other hand was awful the beef and broccli no flavor beef veey rubbery fried rice also really bland..My friend got general tsos it was ok at best pastrami egg roll also no flavor.Only thing I liked was the egg drop soup.Just overall bad food quality I don't live in the area but not a place I'd suggest

I'm very disappointed. While the service was fast for delivery the best tasting dish was the side order of brown rice which isn't saying much. The crispy beef had an after-taste of cleaning agents in it. I spit that out fast! The chicken was lousy. And the low mein was overcooked and rubbery. I don't know what is going on in their kitchen but they should sample their own food and try to swallow it! I always go to Chosen Island down the street but I decided today to give these guys a chance. Their single star was for the prompt delivery.

I never do reviews but this felt necessary.I waited on a long line and finally ordered. I had 2 smoothies on me, and began to drink it while waiting for my order. A guy with dark complexion behind the counter told me I had to drink it outside, so I finished my drink outside.I came back in, and he passive aggressively told me I had to wait outside with the other smoothie I had. I told him that I ordered food and I'm waiting for it, and a girl behind the counter actually explained it without being condescending and angry like the other dude.The guy keeps on going about it, and points to a sign outside, and gives me this passive aggressive expression like I should know better, like he's expecting me to know their religious rules, but he never explained anything...I then said, how, if he just explained it in the first place that it's part of their religion, like the girl did (with respect, mind you), but instead you don't, and to anyone else, coming off unreasonable and forcing an actual customer to wait outside for food, after already waiting for 20 minutes, that was already PAID for, it would've been dealt with properly .I walk outside holding my smoothie, only to decide seconds later I'm going to cancel the order and head out, as I've been there for 20 minutes, and even moreso, I didn't appreciate his terrible attitude.I come back in to cancel the order and while the same lady is cancelling it, the same guy has the nerve and audacity to whine about me coming in with a drink to cancel my transaction and leave! I told him how are you gonna tell me to leave my drink outside when I'm coming in to cancel the order and leave!? I'm already here!I couldn't even give the food a chance. Worst 20 minutes of my lunchtime wasted.Point is, I never had an issue with their rules. The way this guy went about this was so unfriendly, no respect, no explanation.The lady next to him was very kind and informative to the situation. This wouldnt have went south if he interacted with me like I was a normal human being.

Good food and decent service but I tried to offer some common sense helpful suggestions which they haven't heard. I am hoping they'll hear it here. If one orders soup...serve it first! not at the same time as main dishes! One of them is getting cold! It CAN'T be that hard to accommodate this.Please.

Been here twice. First time food was terrible, customer service was fine. Expensive and how can you mess up white rice?! It was dry and over cooked. I let it go and said maybe they had an off day. Went again cause its convenient but this time around customer service was bad, I called ahead of time still waited and to make matters worse my food wasn't even hot when I got it. Food is on par with microwave meals. Save your money folks. (Side note the white rice was better the second time and it's all I ate cause the rest was just terrible)

Wok Tov catered my son's Bar Mitzvah. The food was delicious and the service was great. There was more than enough food. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. The owner even called after the event to see how things went. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This is by far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Get the sesame chicken and fried rice. The owner was the nicest person I’ve evrr met in my life. Even though I used my hands and 90% of the food didn’t make it in my mouth, the owner was still nice enough to not charge me with disturbance of peace and I just payed the bill and left. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It is 1,000,000 times better then chosen island, down the block.

We ordered for the first time tonight. The food was delicious! Beef eggroll, Dumplings, Wonton/Egg Drop Soup, a Beef Lo Mein, and Steamed Chicken with Veggies. They delivered to Riverdale for the first time tonight so it took a while since it was new territory, but I am sure they will iron out the kinks for (hopefully) future deliveries. Our driver was really wonderful, too.
