Waited an hour online for 2 scoops of ice cream only. Line was almost out the door and only two workers, 1 that was handing in person guest and 1 doing mobile order. Why not turn off mobile order with a line out the door in store? Even Starbucks does that when they get too busy. Who ever is running this is very money hungry I felt really bad for the workers. Won’t be coming back. Also store was very dirty and congested

I got the Wildberry Smoothie that has strawberries, blueberries, and yogurt and sorbet and it was very delicious. Especially being that it was the item with the least amount of calories on the menu.. I was shocked by how yummy it was you wouldn’t be able to tell it’s healthy

I went back after few years and i dont wana go back anymore, as you can see in the photo, the cup isnt full and the scoops are very tiny, i over paid for this ice scream, i mean for the cup.

I had a very poor experience at this location and I was very surprised. Today was my sister birthday and all she wanted was a milkshake from Häagen-Dazs. Time was against us so we actually got to the location 5 minutes before closing time. We were told that the blender was already cleaned and we could not get a milkshake. Rebecca assisted us and a male I did not catch his name was but he was very adamant that we were only able to get ice cream as they were closing. After I ordered my ice cream I had to ask for a bag. My ice cream was not put in a bag. I had to put it in a bag myself. My ice cream was not even brought to the register it was at the other end of the counter. I have been coming to this location for a very long time and I could not believe my experience was this horrific. I will make sure never to come to this location right before closing because the service is the absolute worst.

The Chinese guy is super rude, I asked him for 2 small cups with one scoop each and he gave it to me in one cup, I said wanted 2 separate cups, then after I paid he said I have to pay $2 extra dollar which I said I didn’t make sense since the cups had the same amount and he said it did make sense because it was more expensive? Like make it make sense, first you make a mistake then I have to pay more? RUDE RUDE EMPLOYEE!!!

I’ve been coming to this location regularly and my husband picked up the dulce de leche milkshakes this time around and when I tasted it, it tasted like pure milk so I went back and kindly asked if they could remake it. Spoke to the employee first who told me the ice cream is melting that’s why it has that consistency. She said there was nothing she could do, so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager observed my drink and rudely said what’s wrong with it so I showed him and I explained this is a milky consistency, and I couldn’t taste the ice cream just the milk. He said well it’s a milkshake so it’s milk and I said no this is not how it was made in the past.So he told the employee to remake my ice cream with a different flavor in which I responded no I spent $27 so I want the flavor I paid for. So when I said that her response was if I make it again you have to pay for it. I said I’m not paying for this again, I already paid money so I want that specific flavor. She kept insisting I needed to pay again. She twisted up her face and rolled her eyes. The manager came back out again, and I asked for less milk to correct the consistency and I said I’m not paying for this again. It needed less milk and more ice cream.The manager was not happy and neither was the employee working onsite but I wanted to ensure I was leaving with the item I paid for, not milk. The service at this location is not like it was before and people onsite are not polite. Will not be returning to this store.

Never had a bad Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are a couple of seats & tables inside. There is also metered parking right outside. We went in the evening, so it wasn't crowded.

I have been going to this exact store for as long as I can remember. The staff is so nice and really all around good people. Plus it's haagen dazs so you already know the quality of the ice cream.

Store manager was very rude and arguing with other customer. After the customer left the store, the manager was very angry. My friend and I were speaking spanish to each other and think this annoyed him.so he waited and my friend and I and as we were leaving the store he made said "THE NEXT TIME YOU COME IN SAY SOMETHING I CAN UNDERSTAND. I am Spanish, I do have a accent however people has not problem understanding what I say. I felt he was been very discriminating against us because we were speaking Spanish.

By far the worst experince I’ve ever had at a Haagen daz. Not only are they overpriced the milkshakes are always watery even when I specifically ask to leave it with a thick consistency. Also there are ALWAYS rowdy teenagers. Do not recommend this place at all.
