This website company makes it very easy to spend your money but not very clear with actual instructions. As for a refund when a scheduled pickup was never picked up... Still waiting on that. They want your money right away but don't want to give it right back.. Rediculous.

Scheduled on line for a pick up in Tampa, to be delivered in St Augustine before the Memorial Day weekend. After they got the money oops it couldn't be picked up until Monday May 31. The seller was closed that day so it was scheduled for the next day to be delivered on 6/2. At 1pm on 6/2 I had heard nothing so I called the trucking company, the first person said it would not be delivered today because I had missed a call on 6/1, the second person I talked to said they wouldn't be delivering today because they had no contact information. I'm not sure where the foul ups are but there are enough for GO Ship and SOUTHEASTERN FREIGHT LINES INC to share. You can bet I won't be using either again.

STOLE MY PACKAGE!! Dropped off a return at this store and some how the package never made its way to the truck. Owner is rude and of no help. Stay away from this place, scammers.

Do know that to ship fedex, you will need a account number / prefilled out form. Otherwise they are okay
