Excellent, reliable services for all of your auto needs. Quality Auto Care is a small business that you can trust to always have your best interest in mind for maintenance or repairs with your car. I have used them for routine services like oil changes, inspections, snow tires, and also to fix more major issues I had with my motor. They've completed everything with ease and at fair prices, never adding in extra things you don't need. Highly recommend them to all that I know, an extremely ethical and hardworking crew always!!!

Very Disappointed. I'm new to the area, looking for good repair shop. Their reviews at 4.6 looked quite reassuring. Their sign outside the shop basically said unscheduled work is low priority. Fair enough, I scheduled an appointment on my day off from work 2+ (2/13/24) weeks ahead of time for 2/28/24. I dropped the car off on 2/27/24. On the 28th I expected a call at sometime during the day. Nothing! I had to call and ask for a status of my vehicle at 4 pm, after a long pause the person on the phone said my vehicle was next to go on the "rack" and that he would call me back. No call back, nothing. I picked up the keys to my vehicle the following morning. If I brought my car in at the last minute I could understand some type of delay. But scheduling it 2+ weeks ahead and being put on a "pay no mind list" is unacceptable. Ignoring customers in this way is not a good "business model".

The team at Quality Auto Care has worked on two of my cars now and I wouldn't go anywhere else in the area. I recommend them to everyone I know. They are and have always been upfront, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. They do great work and still they are not out to price gouge you or take you to the cleaners. In my experience Quality Auto has been nothing but understanding and considerate of both their customers' budgets and time. If you have any questions at all they will be answered. As a woman who has been dismissed by dealerships and auto shops before I really appreciate the fact that Jeremy and the Quality Auto Care team have always treated me with respect and taken me seriously. We brought our Suburban in to have the brakes checked and there was lingering smell after I removed a mouse nest from our cabin air filter. The front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and the price was very reasonable. They also put in an air freshener in the ducts and that got rid of the smell. All the work was done same day. I received a text the next day asking if the repairs they made were good and everything was great. Amazing customer service from start to finish!

This was hands down the best service and quality of work I have ever experienced at an auto shop! I was able to get in quickly, upfront with pricing and how long it would take, and was able to get my vehicle back within the same day it was being worked on. I got an oil change, rear brakes and rotors, rotation, and an overall inspection to make sure I was good to go! Highly recommend and won’t be taking my Jeep anywhere else. Professional and clean atmosphere as well.

I have recently discovered the Quality Auto Care of Cazenovia. My first encounter was during an emergency run to Community Memorial in Hamilton. It was seconds before closing and I was really pushing it to get to the Emergency Room! Trouble developed about a mile away from Quality Auto Care.I drove in, explained my predicament and instead of saying "sorry we are closed" the owner called back his mechanic in the process of leaving for the day and the two of them evaluated my situation and got me back on the road to the hospital in minutes!The shocker? No charge! THAT IS SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!In subsequent visits, this repair facility has given me top flight attention and has gotten me onto the racks on time and out sooner than anticipated. Being deaf, I am at the mercy of a repair facility for the early determination of mechanical problems not covered by the idiot lights which everyone knows flash trouble when it's too late to avoid a problem.The staff and management thoroughly checks out my car and performs the preventive work that saves me a great deal of money.I cannot speak more highly of this business and will definitely recommend them for the service of your vehicles. Fast, efficient, very reasonable service. They really deserve six stars!!

Took my dodge stratus there a while ago they had it for a few days charged me almost $500 and only fixed a wheel bearing. Oh yea and I knew what was wrong with it and had the parts oh yea and they charged me to fix my muffler which was one reason I brought it there and the next day it was disconnected and I found a coat hanger where there never was one before thank that's quality yea right

Will not see me there again!!!Brought my jeep there for inspection check engine light was on so they charged me 180$ for emissions leak no problem but then as I drive it home light comes right back on not even mile down the road so I bring it right back. Week and a half passes I hear nothing from them so I head up there for the second time. Must have lost my number o-well live and forget.... They fixed the problem loose connection on battery. I still have to drive it couple miles to pass inspection (to make sure engine light won't turn back in) asked them if outing around 30 or so miles was enough for them. SURE that will work they responded. Nice! So head up there after day of work ( 3rd time there) 20 minute later you need to put more miles on it......... Alllright..... Get home and drive it to store and to run some errands. Light is back on now. Little to say I will never be back there again! No apologies or anything from them for the frustration. But hey maybe your luck will be better

They took my vehicle apart for an estimate, told me my ecm was bad, gave me the estimate when it was dropped off the vehicle was in pieces spark plugs left undone, crunched fuses, panels all on the floor of the vehicle and they broke my airbox and kept the other half.Service: Electrical

Took it to have a muffler and a rear wiper motor put on. . ( which I supplied) dropped it off at 6am.. called 11:30 to see if it was done ..nope .. asked will it be done at 230 cause I get out of work that time . Oh yea.. well call you ( no call )Get there not done! 345 get it .. soo charged me 120$$ to put on a muffler! An rear motor which they cut off .. so either should not have taken that long. . Was not impressed! ( had to go back for motor cover which they forgot to give back) figure this friend payed 200$ for a new muffler and labor hmm?m
