She is NEVER open. We have tried several times to stop in but there is no one ever there and we have stopped during "business hours". Sad. What's the point of having a store if it's never open?

We have tried to visit this store many times and it is never open. We tried before Christmas. We even called before we left. She said she would be open but before we got there she was closed. We tried again today and it is closed once again when the website said she was open until 5:00.
