I have a Scarlet Macaw and a Quaker Parrot that were in desperate need of nail trimming, I am new to the area and couldn't wait for a vet visit 2 months out.I was so impressed how patient they were while handling my macaw and my quaker. They did an excellent job with my 17 year old rescue cat! Delilah had mats in her hindquarters and tail that I just couldn't get out, and were clearly uncomfortable for her. They did a great job of shaving them out, which is exactly what was needed. She is now much more comfortable, and does not protest when she is petted. They were kind and helpful, and I cannot say enough how much we appreciate the help with her!!! Thank you for tackling such a difficult case!

She is friendly, works with efficiency and has a welcoming store.Took my old Jack Russel in for a nail trim. He HATES this process and will not sit still at home. He didn't flinch or growl at all for Sam.

Good people. Quality work at reasonable prices. Good quality products at reasonable prices. They were great with the grooming, nails and caps on my cat. Plus feeders, a variety of other critters along with supplies for them.

Went here to pick up used mouse supplies from facebook marketplace when they were closed. Sam let me buy their female rat and tossed in 2 food dishes with the previous order. Very kind owner and cute store if you're nearby.
