Went to this store to get a item that shows in stock on there website, drove over a hour and guess what, no item. Talk to a sales rep that was not very friendly and it shows in stock in Hudson and ask if he could call and make sure, he did and that person just said no we do not with out even checking. I told the sales rep that the website doesn’t seem to work if it shows it’s in stock and it’s not, he said it’s not surprising the websites a piece of junk.

Nice clean, friendly people, especially people at the pharmacy. Willing to help you, especially if you need extra help. I would recommend this place over a lot of other places in the area for pharmacy in lite groceries

This store is located in the Stone Ridge Plaza. It's location is conveniently next to multiple businesses I frequent. The store has undergone frequent upgrades in the past several years. They offer an amazing variety of candy and snacks! They have frequent sales that are real money savers. They have almost anything you could need. I was recently able to schedule my booster COVID shot on line within five days. They offer a Walgreens Card which gives you additional savings at checkout. Having Walgreens at a local location saves me both time and money which is even more important with current fuel prices.

4/6/2021 - Had two appointments for the COVID vaccine scheduled. They called me saying that I was ineligible and that "Pharmacies" were not administrating to ages below 30, however the statewide mandate says that 16+ are able to receive it as of today.The second appointment for my partner was not cancelled, and so she showed up in person. If they had notified them about the cancellation, that would be one thing. They were rude, and they snatched their clipboard from their hand (which still had identifying and personal information not owned by Walgreens).1. Absolutely unprofessional.2. Not abiding by NY State mandates of vaccination schedules.

So today while working I drove to the drivethru pharmacy that I have done many times while working for an agency. I can’t go inside with the individuals right now since COVID to many germs. Once, a week while no one is picking up meds I have asked a pharmacy staff to get a bag of chips and a soda I have never had a problem the staff there since March have been very nice getting these things for the individual that is sitting next to me in the agency van. Well, today was different the young man today working said no he can’t do that, he is not getting groceries for me I explained to him that I was working he said no. I said I have been doing this since March and have never had a problem again he said no. So I drove off. I will never go to this Walgreens again in Catskill NY.

I tried this pharmacy, as a veteran suffering from many disabilities my usual pharmacy did not have my prescription. I spoke with Joe Palmer, the lead pharmacist, several weeks before the Rx was due. He has straight out lied to me. While I'm trying to follow my Dr.'s order, I'm told I can wait a few days while they talk with insurance, waiting to take the meds can lead to a hospital visit. Ended up paying out of pocket, TWICE! Called Corporate customer service and weeks later, even with follow up calls, I have yet to hear from them. Will never use this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is horrendous! We gave them a try when our usual pharmacy couldn't get her prescription. What a huge mistake that was. I have seen my wife suffer and pretend to be just fine while she is volunteering at veterans events. The stress of the pharmacist not doing his job was another look at the problems she face. After several phone calls to confirm that the prescription was ready and insurance was approved, I went to pick it up and was told we needed pre-authorization, which wouldn't be ready for several days. Since she needed to start the med the next day, I gave up and paid out of pocket for the bill so my wife could at least have her medicine. This happened the following week as well. I won't be using Walgreens again.

The manager (I can’t recall her name because I’m terrible with names), a very friendly cashier who says hello to every single person, and the whole staff really is very accommodating. I had an issue with a steam card that I got for my boyfriend’s birthday a few weeks ago. It was a slightly complicated issue, but the manager was eager to figure it out, and fix it. Which she did. The cashier kept me company up front, and let me talk his ear off. In a nutshell, this store has a particularly knowledgeable, and friendly staff. If anyone gives them a hard time, tell em to call me and I’ll tell them the truth!-Julia

My doctor called in my perscriptons to the wrong Walgreens.But when I told the lady I got an email she insisted her computer said they were still waiting for a call back.I am traveling on a sailboat, and I choose Walgreens because I thought they had a computer system that was networked together.When I called back a different pharmacist said there are two ways of looking up the perscriptons in the computer and fixed the problem.I am confused because I called this particular Walgreens and they sent the request to my doctor. My doctor carries some of the blame but I also think Walgreens should have their computer check to see if it was filled at another Walgreens by accident. As the second employee said the computer does if you check different way.When I said I got an email saying it was filled a red flag should have gone up in her head. But she was very quick to say computer says go away sir... Glad I called back and talked to someone else...I might consider switching pharmacy on my travels as I am traveling and can't really afford to have my medicine not filled when I need it. And I have noticed Walgreens are often horribly understaffed and the staff just wants people to go away if there is a problem. I understand it's difficult when legally perscriptons need to be perscribed, but if their computer can email me it's done it should be able to tell the pharmacist it's been filled but somewhere else...I am sure all the other pharmacy options are understaffed too to be fair... Good career choice if you can handle angry old people demanding their medicine... Lol I walked away from the first person pretty easy cause my doctor does often take a while, I wish I had been more demanding as it was quite a walk from the boat...

My husband and I were there yesterday and they are so helpful and nice! The manager was wonderful and very patient. He helped us with our OTC purchases. I highly recommend shopping at the Catskill Walgreen’s.

Had an item with a $4.49 price tag. It was for that specific item, i mean it wasn't in the wrong spot. I brought it to the register and it scanned for $11.99, management wouldn't honor the price on the price tag. They shouldn't have wrong prices on the peg hooks. Epic fail.
