The staff is wonderful!!! It's always clean, the bathroom is always clean and we are every thankful for that. Also the employees are so tentative to customers. One employee Kaitlyn was really nice one day when my friend was having a bad day, she made my friend smile and feel better at the same time as making coffee, checking out customers and taking to my friend waiting in line. Her manager was there and she keeps a good crew. Thank you stewarts

Any hot food here will have been sitting in warmers for hours upon hours and be all dried out and nasty. Other than that mostly friendly staff that are fairly quick to get you out of the shop.

It's a great place to have here in Catskill! It's the only place I go now to get my gas. Whenever I have to walk inside to pay for my gas, it's a pleasure getting to speak with the staff.Being a native of Catskill for all my life, i'm happy that this plot of land, after it was sold, was finally used for something worthwhile!I'll continue coming to only this Stewart's for the foreseeable future! It gets some bonus points for being local as well!

Employees do not say anything to you not a good morning place is dirty for a new store manager is probably more interested in his profits than his customers at first I thought this store would be a fit for this area but from what I hear from people we were wrong close we will go back to Leeds

I think Stewart's is the number one ice cream place in New York state that's in my mind the ice cream is very tasty smooth I always get the pack pint I prefer Stewart's ice cream over any soft ice cream I recommend if you love hard ice cream that's the place

It says on Google that this store closes at 11pm. I went there are 10:40pm the other night and all lights were off and employees long gone..... now it's 10:17pm and I'm calling to ask if they close at 11pm since they closed atleast half hour min. The other night because I want ice cream and the phone just keeps ringing. I called 4 times. So either Google has the time wrong or the employees are incompetent.

Employees really try hard to make you happy and do their jobs in this times of difficulty finding help if it wasn't for the few people that want to work I really wonder which way we'd be headed.

Clean compared to other Stewart's. Good selection of snacks. Some employees don't exactly wear their masks correctly but at this stage in the pandemic most people probably don't care. I however do, which is why I knocked off 1 star.
