We love Petstar!! Always so easy to make appointments, very accommodating, clean, friendly and very importantly my dogs look and smell amazing after their appointments! The staff takes pride in "knowing" my fur babies which is so comforting, and always provides feedback on how they did at their appointment. Having switched from a larger chain grooming establishment, it's so wonderful to have the easy connection with Petstar and feel like that care about my dogs as though they were their own.

As a traveler passing thru, Pet Star so kindly notified me of an opening that allowed me to come same day! My dog Hairy instantly trusted Sam by her nice voice and gentle touch. She made him feel comfortable and confident to walk right in back! When I picked up Hairy he was so happy and proud! He even got back on the table for a last minute addition with ease which shows great trust.Sam had the nicest little bandanna on him for pick up! I definitely recommend Pet Star! Great literature on dog training too!Meant a lot that Sam took pride in providing a calm environment for Hairy with a private one on one appointment. You could notice right away her love and respect for animals.Salon was clean and close to great places to run errands during appointment.

Love Pet Star! I've brought my dog twice so far to be groomed. Sarah does an amazing job with her! And she grooms cats, which is a hard-to-find service around here. Very happy and will be a returning customer!

Nice people. The groom service was really simple. They don’t spend much time with them. Also they don’t provide dryer service. My dog was stil very damp. Over all they not equipped to handle medium or large size animals.

Sam was wonderful with our 15 year old pug. He got bathed, deshedded and had a nail trim. He was happy and relaxed when we picked him up. Will definitely go back.
