This Lowes has been very helpful in getting me the materials I need with a smile. The store is not a zoo like the "orange store" . The staff is always around to help with any questions with a smile. I have been getting lots of the cedar decking and Dan at the pro-desk Is always ready to offer a discount to contractors buying in bulk. I shop here often!

Got everything I need...Quality stock. Good inventory. Fair prices. Am very glad to see the locked stock. I saw on the news a fellow in Colonie, NY was stealing expensive tools and many other items totalling $160,000. storing that stuff in his house.

We just bought a refrigerator at Lowes. We had a problem with it and had to exchange it. The new second one also had a problem-the easy touch doors didn't shut properly on their own. The delivery people couldn't fix the problem. They left. We went back to complain and again the doors couldn't be fixed.My husband finally fixed the door out of frustration.Paula, the person in charge, couldn't have been more professional in dealing with us. We were really impressed with her. She listened to us respectfully each time we came back to Lowes and each time she tried to fix the situation. Lowe's is lucky to have such a conscientious employee as Paula. She kept us as a Lowes customer! The reason we are giving 5 stars is because of Paula.

Bought a fridge. Didn't work. Had to go through the 3rd party seller. No one would come service broken new fridge. Finally got approval to get a return, and a new fridge delivered. Got a delivery window of 9:30- 1:30. Deliver came at 8:25 - over an hour before scheduled. That fridge didn't work. Scheduled a pick up for second broken appliance. Lowes never called to confirm pick up window. Called this morning to get the pick up window, waited on the phone forever. Finally got the pick up window (10-2). Told them I had to pick my kid up from school between 1:30-2. I was gone for 20 minutes, truck came while I was out.left a note on my front door saying is be back at 2. I was back by 1:50. Called Lowe's a little after 2 to see when pick up was coming, was told they were done for the day.Seriously, you deliver over an hour outside the delivery window the first time. I literally leave my house for 20 minutes to get my kid because Lowes can't manage to send out a delivery confirmation like they are supposed to. I was still home before 2, missed the delivery by 10 minutes, and y'all still couldn't come pick up the second broken product you sold me.

You can find some great deals at this Lowe’s, far more than the orange place down the street. I’ve been a HD shopper since forever, however the HD in this area is far subpar to others. I find this Lowe’s to have all that I need and love the new loyalty program which has earned me some cash coupons!

I will start off by saying the employees I dealt with were very pleasant people and tried to do the best they could with what they were given but unfortunately they are lacking in infrastructure on how to deal with customer service issues. I had placed an order that a store employee accidentally canceled when I was calling to cancel a different order. Upon trying to fix the issue it was found the item was no longer in stock and they were unable to reorder the item. The item was on sale for a great price and I wanted to ensure I would still be able to get it at the price I was purchasing it for. I was told however they do not do rain check’s even for special circumstances such as this when the employee made a mistake that affects the customer but the employee said they would leave it with manager who would reach out to me. 2 weeks later and nothing back. I was able to eventually reorder the item but it is now another 2 weeks I have to wait and I am without a washer/dryer in addition to the 3 hours I wasted on the phone with everything. I tried contacting the general Lowe’s customer service number but the representative just gave me attitude, told me there was nothing she could do and even lied to me to try and get me off the phone. Lowe’s does not have a customer service email so apparently I’m just at a loss over an employee mistake, very frustrating.

I ordered two floor lamps for pick up from this store. When I picked them up, both boxes were damaged. In hindsight, I should have cancelled the order on the spot. I brought the lamps home & both had damaged shades. One was damaged badly. I called to see if the store would replace the shade. No - I had to schlep the lamp back to the store to get a refund. Total lack of respect for a customer’s time. My advice - insist on inspecting any package from this store before you bring it home.

In the process of building a house. Had purchased a light fixture over a year ago for the house. We just opened the box to install the light, since we are now in that stage and it was missing all the pieces needed for installation. When trying to return the light the customer service representative refused to help us since it was purchased over a year ago. I find this ridiculous considering you sold us a light that we paid for that didn’t include everything we were sold. Terrible customer service. Do better.

Not a lot of staff. I tried self checkout but it wasn't ringing up my clearance items properly so a cashier had to help me. Poor person was bouncing around helping people in self checkout, while also trying to run their own register. And they did so while still being pleasant the entire time.Great plant selection and some on clearance still in good shape.

Very nice visit. Store is clean and has a very nice lectionary. I got assisted by Anthony whom was very nice and assisted me with getting what I needed. Ava cashed me out and she has good customer service. Thank you both, and Lowe’s.

Lowes is my go-to place usually. My last visit I purchased 170 ft of direct bury electric wire. At the checkout the ticket read 175. After a 45 min ride back home, we started to lay the wire in the trench. It was short and I thought I measured incorrectly. Nope! They gave me 130 feet. I am paying my friend by the hour and we have already spent over 2 hours. Instead of driving back and wasting more time, I decided to buy more expensive copper wire from a local guy and 2.5 times the price. Lowes error in measuring cost me over $500 in labor and materials. They refunded my money today and told me they have had several returns for other items measured incorrectly! Warning: watch them lime a hawk!

People in the store were nice and helpful, but I will not get appliances from Lowe's anymore - there is a problem with the new washing machine that they installed but since I didn't call within 48 hours, they will not do anything about it.

I bought a 30 gal. water heater+ fittings. Service was great. They were very helpful w/ the sale. My plumber & picked it up. They went & got the dollie & helped load it. The price was the cheapest around too.

This place is a a joke. Bought a washer and dryer with manufactured replaced parts at this store from this establishment on April 5th. The washer I purchased had a new drum from Maytag, which was supposedly certified. I was told to return the appliances if there were ANY issues and would receive the SAME appliance. Well the washer was leaking and the screen was broken and when I called Maytag as I would have rather had it repaired, they told me to return the appliance. Fast forward to today when I brought the washer back for the leaking and the manager KEVIN PALMERI refused to honor what I was TOLD by the employee who sold me the appliance about getting a replacement. Nope, instead they refused to honor what was told to me and instead I had to pay more money for a different model, so now my set isn’t even matching and I’m out the extra money I had to pay for a different model. I do a lot of business with lowes and at this point I’d recommend Home Depot or anyone besides this poorly managed dumpster fire. If a company can not honor what their employers are telling customers, then they are nothing but crooks. If an employee is providing the wrong information to customers, then perhaps management needs to be providing more training to employees. Also, when it takes management a half hour to come to the front after being called, they clearly have time management issues when they can not respond to customers in a timely manner. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Take your business anywhere but the lowes that Kevin Palmeri manages.P.S. if corporate happens to see this, I’d be happy to discuss this issue that your hired management is clearly incapable of handling. Still broken freezer brand new under warranty we're going on 3 months I was thinking I was blessed because I was connecting with the head liaison. Michelle is so washed over by Electrolux that she doesn't even answer phone calls I have Parts but a broken freezer that is just rotting don't buy Electrolux products

We had a kitchen installed by Lowe’s. Fast, easy, perfect! This is our 5th home so we have worked with many contractors over the years on many projects. Lowes demolition/ installation team was super competent, completely professional, and our kitchen is beautiful!!! Thank you Lowes!

Like usual, Lowe's has gotten to the point where you can't find any associates for help. This has has been the case for a few years now. It used to be that Lowe's associates were helpful, but not anymore.Then it always seems impossible for them to have the simplest items in stock. Supply chain issues are one thing, but when you can't get a 50 cent piece of plastic because it's special order, that's ridiculous.Signed up our child for an Easter Egg hunt. They let each child find one egg and that was it because of a 'shortage'. The kids were very disappointed. Especially since you are right next door to Walmart. Walk over there and buy some more if you are short, especially if youare going to advertise this as a family event. Lazy excuse. You guys get an F for effort and planning.

Lowes is convenient for building materials and repair supplies. During summer they have a nice assortment of plants. If you need a flatbed cart, they hide them in the aisles tucked under the shelves. Finding a staff person can be difficult at times.

Dads 81 lost his credit card statement. I went and paid bill. Customer service very understanding. With supervisors help they waived his late fee. I so much appreciate their understanding.
