Pim and the Citiot Team are as AMAZING as their Lattes! I love to shop the graphic tees and jewelry to the delicious pantry staples and hilarious gift cards. Overall the store is beautifully curated and a great addition to Catskill / Upstate NY.

We just happened to pop in to this great spot and was greeted by fabulous Pim and his friendly group running this cafe/gallery/shop/workspace. It's a bit of everything wonderful especially their coffee. If I lived in Catskill, I'd be there every morning for their machiatto. Their new large format Dutch master repros on canvas are haunting me. I can see one right above my fireplace...check this great place out!

Love, Love, Love this store!! As soon as you walk in, you feel so comfortable. I love the merchandise that is well chosen and has so much style. Citiot supports local artists, exhibiting and selling their creations, such as the beautiful pottery in the back.I love the soundproof Zoom rooms next door.The coffee they sell is delicious! This was by far the best coffee I had in a long time. After my Cortado, I walked out with my Citiot Ground Coffee Bag.I can't wait to come back. I feel I found a lovely hangout place as well, not just a store.

Pim and Girt are amazing and they have created this one of a kind place in downtown Catskills. From the coffee to the greeting cards, to the t shirts and evil eye dog collar. They have a unique collection .They are extremely welcoming and always greet their customers with love and attention. I love that There is a story behind every product available .Must visit!!

Why 3 stars when I love love this place?Third time I run into the same barista and when I say Hi, how are you doing today, I am met with stone silence. I say thank you after paying and same thing. First time I thought maybe she’s having a bad day, but three times in a row is too much, she’s soo disengaged.Next time I’ll peak in before going in, sadly I won’t go when she’s there.
