We went for just a toenail clipping. My dog is very vocal, but has never gone after any groomer. I was fully prepared to hold her while she clipped her nails, but to my surprise I was asked to wait out in the lobby area. Denise did an absolutely amazing job.y dog didn't make a single peep until the very last nail. That's literally never happened before. We will gladly come back. My dog loved her. She accepted treats and wanted to walk around checking the place out. We both left very happy!

My dog who has never been in a kennel was very comfortable and took to the owner's/staff well. She looked good and healthy when we picked her up. We are very satisfied and would use the service again if we need it.

We have boarded our dog Nikko at Countryside Kennels for the last nine years. We are always a little reluctant to leave him for an extended amount of time, but our concerns vanish as we watch Nikko lead Denise down the hall to his kennel wagging his tail. He loves it here and we have no worries on our trip.
