Ok so I almost hate to share this secret gem. This is a wonderful old time store. Great lunch meat at good prices. Bulk spices, canned goods seasonal vegetables, local forced meats and cheeses. Just don't make it too busy or it may ruin the slow pace of the world as it should be. The folks there are wonderful and they make a great sub and soft serve ice cream in the summer.

This place is AMAZING. If you love to cook and bake, this place is for you. This store makes you look like a pro in the kitchen. MANY hard to find items. The selection of spices is top notch. The Deli has the most reasonable prices around my area, sometimes by half! The homemade candies and goodies are delicious. The only item I buy elsewhere is butter. They aren't comparably priced to fine European butters with the same fat content. This is not a tourist trap. Prices are set for local business.

Stony Creek Store is a gift to our Deer River area. The deli is stocked with many meats and cheeses and always fresh. We order their homemade subs often and they are so fresh and good. We are blessed to have Stony Creek Store for delicious baked goods and if you order ahead they have everything ready for you like meat platters, or special orders. Great store !
