I've gone 5 or 6 times in an attempt to buy local and not have to order online. I always need help to find what I need and it seems to be an inconvenience for them. If you're not a contractor or builder they don't want to know you, that's just sad.

Browsed the store today and saw pretty good prices on the selection they have compared to other local selections. I did not get the best customer service as other reviewers did. One of the employees I guess did not know the difference between hardwood and softwood Because when I told him I was there to look at the hardwood selection he said okay. I went outside where another gentleman asked me what I was looking for. When I said hardwood, he told me they only carry pine in stock, but can order hardwood. I'm sure with my next visit, I can drum up an extra star or two. Just didn't get the best first impression.

I walked in the store, I was the only customer. There was no greeting, no offer of assistance even as I lingered waiting. They ( there were 4 people sitting visibly at computers that saw me walk in) were too busy working on BIG customers to care for this small business owner. Not even an apology when I pointed out I did not receive assistance!!So, as a result I will not go back. A small drop in the bucket for them.
