Im absolutely appalled by how much the service and quality of the food has gone down the toilet. I came in the other day and stood in the lobby for almost 40 minutes waiting for a single coffee. Yes it was busy but seriously. I ended telling them that i would come back for it because the refund failed and i had an appointment to get to. The donuts absolutely are terrible now. They used to be good but now they are always dry because they are sooooo skimpy with the frosting. Like it barely covers the top of the donuts. If i wanted a plain donut i would have ordered one. But every time i ordered say a headlight or a boston cream the frosting barely covers half the donut. Like come on. And the service is horrid. They dont evem acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter. If ylur making a coffee when i come in thats okay, but at least say something like "hey ill be right with you". Nope its like you dont exist even if they stare right at you. Overall the place, service and food could use an upgrade.

I was very take back by the customer service and the way the young lady at the register conducted herself. I ordered a box of Joe and the attitude was unreal, I also ordered a dozen donuts and it was like that was a problem. This employee was rude, snarky, and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. It was a real uncomfortable experience. I visit Carthage often as I have family here and live out of town this was an unexpected experience and I hope she doesn’t treat others this way.

I have to leave this review because this was the best dunkin I have ever had. Carmen made our visit incredible from the drive through to when we finished our meals. She was kind, helpful, and our food tasted PERFECT!! We ordered a chocolate chip muffin, everything bagel bites, and an egg and cheese croissant. I would love for you to move this store to directly next to my house. Please and thank you :)Vegetarian options: Egg and cheese croissant is a hit! So are the everything stuffed bagel minis!

The wait is too long, and when my drinks are made right, they are full of expresso grounds. I don’t want to have to rely on only a few girls working, to get a properly made drink. The team needs to find some consistency and uniformity. I understand it’s not the easiest of jobs to work with the public, that being said, guests still need to be treated with respect and decency. Guests shouldn’t be served products that wouldn’t be enjoyed by the workers themselves.

This Dunkin' sports the slowest and rudest associates I have ever seen. The service is so slow you have to take a snickers with you to wait for your order. And while you are waiting for something as readily available as Munchkins your are asked what are you waiting for in a rude and demanding tone.

5 stars for staff as they are always nice. -1 star for manager who says the staff can’t have tips. I purposely took out money to tip staff and the girl said she couldn’t take my tip!! My son is a team lead/Asst manager at a Dunkin and says this is poor management on Carthage’s part because staff can make $400 a mo extra on tips. So let us tip! It’s my money!! You’re obviously a troll and I don’t know how your staff stay

Let me start this off by saying that if I could give a zero star review, I would. I just stood in the lobby of this Dunkin’ Donuts for 20 minutes and it took 15 minutes for them to talk to even the person in front of me who was waiting to order. I understand that you have to run a drive-through, but those aren’t your only customers. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a Dunkin’ Donuts in my entire life especially because they had so many people working. Don’t go there unless you’re in dire need of food or a drink and you can wait a long time. I also watched them make multiple drink orders wrong for the to go orders that people were waiting a while for as well. All in all, horrible experience. Will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again as I wasn’t even able to order food before I had to leave or else I would’ve been late to a function. Spend your money elsewhere!

Had a great experience! The two women who waited on us in the drive thru were very friendly and quick to serve us. The only difficulty was the speaker. It was difficult to hear her when she was taking our order. But I feel that was a technical issue and not the fault of the employee.

LONG BUT WORTH A READ!!!!I don't even know where to start so here goes. I went to the Dunkin in Govenour ny today 3/26/22 at 12:20 in the afternoon. The cashier I had was Madyson, and honestly her and 1 other employee were the only 2 I have no problem with.Let me start with I work in the food industry and I have never heard when handling food you are not required to wear gloves. I did not know that the girl preparing my sandwich did not have gloves on until another customer, who recorded her making my sandwich, showed me the video. I asked to have my sandwich re-made by someone with washed and gloves hands. I don't think that was a unreasonable request. I did get a new sandwich, however the young lady, again did not see name tag, was standing off to the side and stated " I swear if 1 more customer gets rude I'm going to snap". I may have come across harshly, I don't believe I did as all I said was "excuse me, can I have this sandwich re-made by someone with gloves on please because I was just informed it was made without gloves hands". It was re-made.After that the lady who showed me the video saw a gentleman walking through from the back and asked if he was the manager. He stated yes. Her and I both went and stated our concerns (while I left the ladies to make my sandwich, I figured they didn't need me watching them). He (the manager) scolded the other lady (customer) like she was his 2yr old who just took a piece of candy for videoing the worker making 'a' sandwich (she didn't know it was mine). After I stated my concerns and told him I work in food service and there is no way at my company would I be allowed to handle someone's egg, bacon any of that with bare hands. He in turn just looked at me with no apologies nothing, looked over towards his employees and just shrugged his shoulders.I am not happy with the fact that I feel, and I am sure the other customer that was there feels the same way, as though my concerns and issues were met with a manager who apparently did not care what we had to say. He did not go to the employee(s) instead he went to a table of people sitting. I am not sure who they were but I am sure if they were that important they would have waited an extra minute or 2 for him to address the issue even if you go over and tell the employees really fast "hey guys, when touching food please put gloves on."As I stated at the very beginning Madison was fine and did her best to get my drinks as fast as she could and there was another young lady who was also helping with drinks and she made me very happy. Guess what she wasn't touching actual food and had gloves on. Props to her tyvm

I come to this dunkin every morning before work. They always have my coffee and egg wraps out in under 6 minutes, and the egg wraps are always fresh hot. I've never had a rude worker and some of them even put an effort into small conversations while I wait, all together it's a really nice place with great people

Staff is extremely slow. While I was waiting for my food, two ladies on the line were chatting away while prepping, my food in one hand, spatula in the other. Poor guy at the window just rolled his eyes and shrugged. Probably couldn't say anything as one looked like a manager. My food was cold. Unacceptable behavior. Please talk about your dates at home. Topic was embarassing as well...By far thr worst drive through I have ever experienced.

Really like this DD. Nice selection. My cashier was very cheerful and helpful, even made recommendations. She was also patient because I changed my mind a few times. Our city needs more people like her.

Clean, smells good inside i got my order correct, although i wish i didnt have to wait as long. The employees seemed to focus more on the drivethru than the counter. Waited 10 minutes for 1 ice coffee.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts! The service is VERY fast, the workers are very efficient, and overall, everyone’s food was great! I just wanted everyone to know that if you need coffee somewhere when you’re in a rush, please go to this Dunkin’! Very satisfied, way better than other Dunkin’s I’ve been to. :)

Love my coffee here and so happy that Pumpkin is back. The great taste of fall that goes so well with this weather. I was disappointed that the unsweetened iced tea has tasted like coffee the last two times. Either separate brewing or something to fix this.

Nice staff, but how does a donut place not have donuts? Also if you want immediate service, go through drive thru. Drive thru gets all the attention while the front counter gets one employee that takes your order and build them. Average wait is about 5min per person in front of you.

The wait has become excessive, at one point it had improved. I waited over 12 minutes at the window before I was even able to place my order. The employees are very nice but this needs major improvement

I like Dunkin for coffee and maybe a bagel. I however have been running into the issue of them being out of everything bagels by like 9am and then when I do get a bagel there is not enough cream cheese for both sides. The coffee however is always good. I am hoping that by ordering extra cream cheese next time there is enough to go on both sides. I may just have to start just getting coffee though.
