Denise is a fantastic manager and very helpful in finding products for you, I enjoy that because I walk with a cane. she has a very well trained staff the store is always very neat and tidy. She has trained her workers very well, the atmosphere is always friendly there. That's why I enjoy going there I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone and I do

Absolutely love the dollat general in Carthage. The employees are so wonderful. They always offer assistance and are more than willing to help if needed. Many great finds in this store and for a fraction of the price elsewhere.

The guy told me to “have fun” with my 2 big bags of hot cheetos. One of them was a hot pack & the other was an XXtra hot one. Idk what he meant by “have fun”? Is he insinuating I’m going to dive in a tub full of cheetos and rub them all over me? Not to mention i also purchased a bag of assorted reeces chocolate for about $5 & when i made a pit stop, they fell from my door on to the concrete. I made sure to quickly pick it up because i had already opened the bag. & to top it off I also grabbed a bag of the gold fish crackers (the regular ones.)P.s HE WAS NOT WRONG, I’m having a blast.

The customer service at this location is very poor. The cashier acted like she hated her job, acted like if you have a question it was a bother. Not much you can do but do your shopping and go about your business. Thank God I have the choice not to go back!!
