Came here the other day, and the assistant manager was at the check out, she wouldn't even acknowledge me. She threw my food in the cart, and the only thing she said to me was, "Do you want your receipt?" I said no, so she pushed my cart out of the way and continued to check out the next customer. Very rude and unprofessional!

This is my ultra favorite of grocery stores, they carry wonderful products and very reasonable prices. It is unusual not to find something I am looking for. Their workers are very informative and they will walk you right to the aisle for what you're looking for. It is always neat and clean. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful they better never take away all these from West Carthage.

So... I have been to a lot of Aldis, all over NYS, and over the past 15 years or so. I will say though in recent years I've always been able to count on the Carthage Aldis. The staff are friendly, and I've had some of the most positive supermarket encounters at their location. Even on crazy days everyone still holds it together. No, I don't work there. Just shop their a lot, and have been there at all different hours, single and with a child it's still a nice experience.

My favorite place to shop. I do a ton of Instacart orders here and I couldn’t have nicer things to say about the staff and how the store is stocked and organized. Corporate should be super grateful with the commitment, service and structure at this location. 👍

Store is always clean. Shelves are well stocked​. Employees​ are helpful, courteous, and always have a smile on their face. You​ can't​ find better prices anywhere. I like shopping at Aldis.. It's my number one go to store.

I found that the vegetables to be disgusting, they had mold on the corn.. I wouldn't buy there meat there, the chicken didn't look healthy, alot of the refrigerated goods was almost out dated...so for my conclusion I won't be going back to this Aldi

This is another store that I recommend Aldi's right down the road from Interstate 81 cross from Advance Auto you want to get groceries quick and easy this is the place to go you go in shop around check out you don't have to wait is very simple and easy to do they're willing to get you in and out as soon as possible good luck

I love saving $50+ per month. The nonfoods deals are really good, too. Low cost appliances in deals that last a long time. Got a nu wave oven $12.50, wok. $12.50, wireless printer $25.

Love the store, used ALDI, in Germany was setup the same way. They might not have a baby change in bathroom, but they have a lot of other stuff, change your baby in your car. Prices are good, meats are fresh, vegetables & fruits are awesome. It's awful that the only thing some folks can say about the store is something about a baby change, then this store is doing pretty good. Lol

A lot cheaper than Price Chopper, and the food is good, lots of variety for very little money. Not many big name brands but who needs that when the food there is just as good as those brands.

Love Aldi, the Watertown one specifically. They're really expanding their specialty choices, and their double back guarantee is super great, as their produce may not be the freshest. We don't grocery shop anywhere else!
