I finally made it to the the Twist of Cape . A cute little ice cream store with affordable sweet treats , ice cream , shakes , soft serve. If you like ice cream you will love this place. The draw back is it's outdoor only and they only accept cash or venmo. I usually only pay with a Credit or debit card. But other than that that, I enjoyed my soft serve by the water, there is a nice historical park you can sit and enjoy across the street.

We had sundaes and they were very good, the staff were friendly and fast ! Definitely recommend them if you're in Cape Vincent.

Not busy on Mother’s Day. Large servings and tasty ice cream. Fat Cow sundae and small cone (which wasn’t small)

Portion sizes were huge and great prices! Staff was very nice. Definitely will go again when we are in the area. Not sure why they call it swedish meatball... would be interested in the story.
