I have been using this Kinney's for over 4 years now and they are always on top of my medications even when I'm not. If I ever have questions they are always available to answer. They even help suggest OTC medicine I may need based on symptoms if I can't get into a doctor for a script

I don't know what Kinneys the other reviewers visited but let me assure you this one has their ducks in a row and then some. They were all over the top nice friendly and helpful specifically at a time were frustration confusion and avoidance is the new normal. So please thank your entire staff that worked on 2/12/21. Management should be extremely proud too have such wonderful people working throughout the store.

Whenever you have a prescription filled why don't they notify the patient of any problems? I've went in sick as a dog after waiting 45-60min( because no matter what that's how long it takes) and THEN they say oh your prescription didn't get filled for (blah blah) reason. I have asked numerous times, "why don't u call me"? Answer I get " I don't know" wow,just wow Canton n.y.

I had to switch to Rite Aid after multiple terrible experiences with this place. They take forever to refill a prescription - when you call it puts you out over a day and a half for pick up, and if you want sooner it won’t go sooner than 4 hours out. If a dr calls or you drop one off, expect to wait an hour plus. The final straw for me was when I found out I had gestational diabetes. All of my supplies - insulin, syringes, lancet, testing strips, and monitor were called in to Kinney’s. It took more than a week and a half for them to get everything in and they kept calling me and telling me they had everything, and I would show up and they would only have one piece. Lancets are not useful without testing strips. I went back theee times before getting everything. I was done with that place. Moved on to Rite Aid and they treat me very well.

Good staff. Very friendly. Pharmacy is accommodating if they see a mistake and try to rectify it. New to the area so I was afraid my prescriptions would be wrong but they have done well so far .

I usually only come here if I have to get some prescriptions or need some medical related items, but I never have issues with this place compared to most other reviews.
