They are amazing. They were welcoming and caring of my little zeus. When we arrived they showed us to the rainbow bridge room, where they had so many things. It was beautiful in there. We took our beloved cat here and they were just simply amazing. From me calling barely able to speak, to their hospitality of hosting us and ensuring our cookie was taken care of properly. The services were quick and they were just as amazing with their care afterwards. Would highly recommend

We took our dog Mabel there and it was the most amazing experience!! As Wendy says we treat your animal with respect and I couldnt agree more. We could spend as much time as needed with Mabel before and after her euthanasia. I was expecting a paw print but to my amazement we also got a nose print and black and white paw print. How nice. Would highly recommend to anyone going through this difficult time.

From start to finish, working with Wendy, Dr. Sarah and Jess was amazing. I couldn't imagine a warmer, more comforting experience at such a horrible time. Our Sadie was treated with such care and compassion. Her passing was calm, gentle, and peaceful. I wish more people knew about Pet Passages as the decision is hard enough and too often, the environment is so sterile and unsettling for our pet as well as those of us saying our final good bye. I have and will continue to share our experience with Pet Passages. Our beloved pets deserve the best and that is what they'll receive from Wendy and her team..

Highly recommended.Fast service, friendly, caring staff, and fair prices.Pet Passages is a beautiful, very affordable place run by wonderful people who are extremely dedicated to what they do.Wendy and her husband have made a warm environment at this location for a tough time. I called them the day my cat passed and we quickly arranged meeting up to bring the cat there, and she was home before a week was up. A super easy to navigate online portal to track the process with your pet, as well as a medallion that stays with them the entire time. Many beautiful options for urns as well as remembrance pieces. A lovely little wildflower card to plant and options to for keepsake fur clippings, paw imprints, and the like.

Highly recommend this place. we had noticed this place driving past . We didn't know we were going to have to use them so soon. I'm glad we did use them. We lost our sweet girl early Saturday morning. My husband called and talked with Wendy, she told us to come right down! We had time alone with our girl and said our good byes. We got top notch service. Wendy and her husband are such caring, compassionate people. They are angels here on earth. I recommend everyone to come here. If we ever get another animal this is where we would bring them. Thanks for being angels here on earth!

I just received my beloved Dewey. It was the BEST experience at one of my worst moments made easier with the MOST caring staff! I vow to never have another pet but I cannot express how loving and caring the staff is. It made things much easier. AND the beautiful contents containing Dewey are beyons anything I could imagine. Thank you for your patience with me and it was so private and caring and I could not have been any more comfortable. Our precious pup Thor passed in our arms being cuddled, being told he was loved, being petted. He was so relaxed and went so peacefully. A devastating time in our lives but Jess and Dr. Sarah were so caring and comforting. Our sweet, loving companion was not subjected to a cold, hard exam table, but went to sleep knowing he was on his blankie on our laps in our arms. We had to put our baby Star to sleep yesterday! My vet recommended Pet Passages, so I called. They met me at my car and brought star in on a gurney, and placed her in a warm room for us to finish grieving.She had our paperwork ready, we signed and then went back in the room and said our goodbyes agin. They are wounderful people and show me every step of the way what is happening with our loved one ..pure amazing how the treat animals like they are humans too..Pet Passages is the way to go !!!!!Ronda Emery

I brought my cat here when she passed away and it was the best I could have imagined. It is a real funeral home for pets.As I was arranging everything, in the back of my head I am thinking it is going to be crazy expensive, but has to be done, and then the final price was less than what my parents paid at the vet when their dog passed, and so much better service. Not that cost is the main factor, but is nice to not have to deal with grief and bankruptcy at the same time.

Our abby woke this morning an decided its was her time to say enough, im ready, I called here sobbing on the spur of a moments notice, these people were FANTASTIC!! They get us right in to help abby cross over, such a pleasant atmosphere!!!
