Friendly, Clean, and Fast. The staff was very kind and answered all our questions. The also had a good selection of pond care items as well as catalogs for docks, aerators, and fountains. The have a collection of free guides for many pond care issues and how to treats them. Call ahead to reserve what you are looking for as well as get on the waitlist for the next seasons arrivals.Note: make sure you have a stocking permit for any fish NYS DEC requires. Yes they have grass carp!

I have been here several times to purchase supplies for our pond. Once again we decided to give them another try because they are a local business. Yesterday we went to get more supplies, my husband was standing by the cash register waiting to check out. The lady was standing off to the side talking and did not acknowledge or even comment to us that she will be with us momentarily. Another worker was helping some customers and came to the check out area and proceeded to check out the people he was helping. We were never so disappointed as we were today. We will not be going back.

I surprised my partner with fish and minnows for his pond. He couldn't figure out where we were going for his birthday surprise until I told him to take a left into Fish Haven Farm's driveway. The pond is alive now and we enjoy walks around the pond.

I went there for information on pond aeration. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They are dealers for several different manufacturers of equipment. They also sell fish for stocking pondsThey have a pay to fish business also. It seems a very good place to do business.
