This Dandy location is great. Love that they have Frappes and shakes! One of the ladies named Joanne was incredibly personable and helpful! As was her coworker that was working the food station. They were both so patient and extremely kind! I would order a Frappe every day if I lived in the area.

I called at about 6:15PM to order some subs, the lady that answered the phone tells me Jimmy isnt making food tonight. This place must lose a lot of business if this is how they operate.

Overall, it’s a mixed bag. I got food poisoning here from what I would suspect being not following proper food safety/cleaning. A couple months ago, my niece was served frozen chicken. I’ve heard them receive calls for orders, and the worker for prepared foods basically saying “No; They can figure it out.” (You get the gist) Occasionally, you a good experience but it’s most definitely not the usual. PS Please check exp. dates.

Horrible customer service in this store. I've experienced rude employees numerous amounts of times but tonight was ridiculous. I saw a woman and her family getting subs and the girl making them complaining the whole time. Very rude to these people. They got in a back and forth argument which was uncalled for. So unprofessional at this location and most of the time you have to wait for anyone to even show up at the register. I've had a girl stare at me while she's making coffee but she just takes her time finishing up the coffee while the line is getting longer and longer. I've written the company before and no one has ever reached out.

If I could rate no stars I would. Customer service at this location has gone way down hill . From rude employees to refusing basic legally obligated services . The company really needs to investigate this location and clean house so to speak . Enough is enough . Why don’t the customers matter anymore ? I have complained in store and to corporate and nothing ever seems to change.

I used to love this store. I stopped every morning for coffee and cigs maybe breakfast but then they stopped accepting $100s now they won't take $50s and it all started with one cashier. Now I avoid this store at all costs just hate that guy.

Really wish I could rate them 0 stars. I understand employers are understaffed, and everyone is feeling overworked and tired but if you're going to go in and do your job you need to do it correctly. I don't remember the last time I went in there and felt welcomed at all. The employees are extremely rude, the customer service is terrible, they don't answer the phones, give attitude towards customers and the list goes on. Dandy, fix your store.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. Two weekends ago we stopped here to order 2 subs before heading to the lake, the woman was very rude and said well I’m not going to be able to do that because I have 5 pizzas to make. Today I stopped there again, the man handling the food was also very rude. Saying out loud “ well too bad, tell them no” referring to a customer that was on the phone. He made my 2 subs, slapped them on the counter, I said “thank you”, he didn’t even look at me and walked away. Such a terrible attitude.

They have a worker, Kevin that NEVER knows how to take orders. Then will tell u 20-30 minutes. So you come down 45-50 minutes and guess who "forgot" to make your order. The manager needs to learn to do there job. This is the SECOND night now that my family goes hungry because of them. I'd give them 0 stars if i could. Ridiculous.

Came to the Dandy Mart on 4/14 after a long day of work with my partner to get some food because we didn't really wanna cook. Placed an order at 5:42pm. Got two Subs, 2 sides each. After we placed an order we were told by the woman making food it would be a while because she had two pizzas to make ahead of us and my sandwich was to be toasted. Ok... fine. So then another woman comes in and is waiting for her pizza and while waiting, the woman yells for help from the woman up front because the pizza she just made is sticking to her pan. The woman at the register yells that she has a line. Mind you, the woman in the kitchen just needed assistance in moving a pizza quick. So instead of telling the customers to give her a second. She says she has a line and keeps taking orders. Meanwhile the woman in the kitchen is struggling to get this pizza off this pan and basically murders/mutilates this pizza. The woman standing waiting for the pizza knows it's her pizza and goes back upfront and requests a refund because she definitely didn't want that pizza. I didn't blame her. So while this was going on, there must have been a shift switch cause the woman who was in the kitchen disappeared. Another woman came in along with a younger guy. They noticed the kitchen was a mess, nothing was stocked. The young guy jumped in and asked us if we had gotten our order yet. Responded with a No. He asked us when we placed our order, it had almost been 20 mins at this point. He apologized for our very long wait and said he would work on it and get it to us as quickly as he could. So by 6:10pm the guy comes over to us and reads our order to us to make sure we have everything and sends us on our way.Now... i don't know how gas stations operate as far as scheduling but to have one person in a kitchen on a Friday with no help is just stupid. I've worked fast-food for 10 years and what I witness was just nonsense and shouldn't have even been a situation. The woman who was in the kitchen was mumbling under her breath and kind of tossing things around. She had every right to be pissed but at the same time shouldn't be acting like this when customers are in a position to see them and hear them in the kitchen. I don't know if I want to order food here again. I think this stores needs strong reliable people who can handle the Job. I appreciate the kindness from the younger man but damn..... I don't recommend this place as a good place to get food at.

Just waited 10 minutes at the counter to get gas. Apparently customer service is not a priority here. Update. 8/26/2020 I don't stop here often, but again I just waited in line for 15 minutes when there was 3 workers there and only one and I'm assuming the slowest one at that cashiering. Fix the problem Dandy. I've NEVER seen slower customer service, EVER!

Every time I get food it's always burnt. And whenever I try calling to place an order they supposedly can't hear me I just don't think they care enough stay away from the food and don't bother calling in orders you're better off saving your money and going somewhere else

I used to go here all the time and their food was always good and barely made any mistakes with my order, recently i have stopped bc they continuously give me the wrong order, burn food and even gave me frozen chicken tenders twice before.

This place is very good and convenient, they have a lot of stuff you may need and a bunch of food. Also, very nice and helpful staff. Although, it is a bit pricy but otherwise great!!

Be prepared to stand in line for about 10 minutes when all 5 of the employees get done talking they willl be right with you. Not sure why they even have two registers they never use both
