So happy we found this practice. We have had great luck getting in whenever our pet has had an issue. The whole staff has been compassionate and kind over the phone and in the office. In our experience, the doctors are very knowledgeable and walk you through every step of the way. From the routine visit to diagnosis, treatment and after care they make it simple. I feel very at ease knowing our pets are covered here!

I needed to get 6 shots for 2 dogs, and it cost 512 dollars. I only wanted 3 shots per dog and nothing else, and they ripped me off. They tested one dog for heartworm. I said I didn't want it. Then they charged me 75 bucks a piece, and all the vet did was pet them and say they were in good health the squishy. I can't afford to go here anymore.

Finally a good vet experience in our area!!We now have been taking our German shepherd here for a year and we couldn’t ask for a better vet.The staff is so nice! The vet/vet techs there are smart and caring!If you can, I would recommend you trying this veterinary clinic. Definitely all about the animals !

The veterinarians and staff at this practice are as good as it gets! The office staff are professional, competent and manage the office scheduling very well. Flexible scheduling, great hours for a working professional, always caring employees that are knowledgeable, compassionate and outstanding at what they do. I have experienced only honesty and empathy from everyone. Acquaintances recommended this office because, they work with our cat rescue but, WOW, I’m truly impressed.

Village Veterinary Hospital ROCKS! I’ve taken all of my animals here and they are absolutely amazing! The staff and doctors are so kind and caring. We had to take my min pin in at 4am (emergency call) because she was really sick. The vet on call took such good care of her. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I highly recommend taking your fur baby here!!

The absolute best veterinarian in the area! They have doctors on call at all times for emergencies (for current clients). Dr Stell is by far the most caring, knowledgeable and patient veterinarian they have there. Dr Stell and his staff helped us through a difficult time when my dog ate a bunch of squeakers from a toy and he had to go in for emergency surgery. They went over options and were so kind throughout the process. All of the staff is extremely nice and helpful! We've been coming here for years and won't go anywhere else! They truly care for the pets as if they are their own.

The vet we saw here is WONDERFUL! We are going back in about six months. My cat is nearly 20. For the first time, she has a very slight heart murmur. The vet also gave us excellent advice about immunizations and flea protection.

I have been going here for about 8 years. They have always taken excellent care of my daughter (as I call my Hound). Now have my granddaughter as well as I call her. Her first visit to Village veterinary saved her life,( I accidentally gave her something that poisoned her, and by the time here I got her there she was barely breathing). And ended up costing me almost $1,000 I'm taking away last year's Christmas for family. I told family that she was more important than anybody's Christmas presents, and they all understood. I always recommend these folks to family and friends, something I really do. I have always taken great care of my girls, and they will always go there! There is no way to describe how grateful I am to them!

I’ve always been Leary of vets offices. I’ve lived in several different states and have had nothing but less than pleasant experiences, that is until I brought my basset hound to village vet in wampsville. I had to bring her in to be put to be put down yesterday and the staff and doctor were amazing and were amazing for every visit prior to this one. Nothing but good things to say about everyone here. I have used this office since switching to them a few years ago with my new puppy who ended up having a terminal heart condition and passing away at 1 1/2 years old. I cannot say enough about how wonderfully they treated her, and me, throughout her short life. Dr. Hopper, Dr. Love and Tammy Cullen made a truly horrible experience bearable with their expertise, kindness, and willingness to truly partner with me in making decisions about her care. I have since continued with them with our new rescue pup and cat and love everything about this practice from check-in to check-out. Anytime a friend gets a new pet, or is unhappy with their current provider, I am quick to recommend Village Vet!

I wish human medical facilities were run as well as Village Vet. The staff are all wonderful! We are always welcomed with smiles and warm greetings. The technicians are all caring and attentive. And, the doctors (that I've interacted with) were stellar. I do have to individually mention Dr. Barb Roach. She cares for the exotic animals (bunnies and birds are considered "exotic.") She is absolutely amazing. Her way with animals is astonishing. It's as if they instinctively know they're in the most capable, caring hands. I'd give Village Veterinary 10 stars, if Google would allow it!

Village Vets is the best! The doctors are fabulous, the techs so helpful and the front desk professional, friendly and caring. I love that the docs spend as much time as needed to answer questions and listen to concerns. My cats have been patients for over 13 years now, with all sorts of aliments and challenges, and though sometimes their illnesses cannot be "cured", the kindness shown to them...and ME will always be appreciated. Especially Dr. Love and Dr. Frank C.

I have been taking my dogs and cats here for 21 years now. This is the finest treatment facility outside of Cornell that I know off.Yes, it may be a little more expensive, but, you get what you pay for. At times I have taken my dogs in for emergency care and had immediate service with professionalism. I’ve called at night with questions and gotten a call back from a Vet! I drive an hour and half to go here.I took my newest pup in for her full work up and it has been wonderful!Bottom line; this is a wonderful facility, 24/7. If you truly want the best you go here.

The best decision we ever made was to become patients of Village Veterinary Hospital. The care our pets have recieved in critical times has been beyond excellent. Not only the knowledge and professionalism, but the care and compassion. Every staff member has been amazing, the Doctors are awesome and the facility is clean, spacious and comfortable. The services they offer are progressive and I have always been informed of more than one option for how I would like to proceede with decisions on medical care. I would recommend Village Vet to anyone that is looking for quality pet care!

We were taken in as a new patient in a very timely manner. When we arrived, we only waited 5 minutes before being escorted to a room, and only waited approximately ten minutes before the vet came in. He took his time, examined my dog thoroughly, and answered all my questions. Also, they take Care Credit, which is very helpful.Very happy with my experience at Village Vet.

The Doctors and staff at Village Vet are all wonderful. They make you feel like family. I know they are always available to take care of my dog, no matter what the hour. Always treated with kindness and respect. We’ve been going here for a few years and always the best experience. We’ve had to make the end of life decisions and had new puppy appointments!! We’ve had emergency visits on Christmas Eve and there is always a doctor on call!! Generally we are seen promptly and the doctors and staff are very knowledgeable. Love this office!!!

I LOVE this animal hospital! I can't express enough how much this hospital cares for your animals. I have a rabbit and wasn't a patient there yet. They took him in and helped him and me figure out a plan to help him. His other vet was no help! So thank you very much for being so kind, and patient!

I contacted 14 veterinary offices and Village Vet was the only office who could see me and help my cat. Not only was Dr. Brandy incredible, patient, thorough, and helpful, but the entire staff is amazing. The employees here treat you as if you’re family and they truly care about you and your pets, not just your money. I would VERY highly recommend Village Vet for any type of visit. I’m now thankful none of the other veterinary clinics could see me today!

Every one was very caring . My cat had cancer. I just whole heartedly loved my baby cat Max who passed. It's so so sad for myself and my loved one to go through such the circumstances. He was about 8 or 9 years old, tuxedo.I thank you to all who doctored and saw how much we were ❤ caring for my baby loving Max.It's a blessing for Max to not suffer. I noticed happy doggies in and out of the rooms. It really is a pleasant atmosphere. We recommend the VILLAGE VETERINARY HOSPITAL. We were given , Max's cat paw print in memory of our loving baby Max. We even have a nice card from Eric.

I've had dogs all of my life and was a K-9 handler and trainer for over 25 years. Now that I am retired, I have taken our six year old female dog there since she was eight weeks old. Every person that I have interacted with there are GREAT! From the first person that greets me to the person the checks me out... You can tell that they care about the people and their animal companions. They are friendly, caring and compassionate. Our dog, Lola loves going there and has no fear because of the way they treat the animals. Trust me... Animals are a very good judge of character. If you live in the surrounding area or visiting with your pet and need a place to help your pet, go to the Village Veterinary Hospital!!!

We have been customers/patients of Village Vet for many years. Most recently, my dog has skin allergies (among other issues) and within a couple days, developed several bare spots. I called and they were able to get us in to see Dr. Alicia Brown that afternoon. The staff is always pleasant, welcoming and professional. The vet tech and Dr. Brown reviewed and assessed Sam’s issues, decided on a course of treatment and proceeded to treat him. They had a great interaction with Sam, he was very comfortable with both of them. Our appointment, as usual, was an excellent experience. The staff, vet techs and veterinarians are all very professional, the building and offices are clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Village Vet!

I can't say enough about the people and the service. They really care about your pet, on one occasion our cat, teddy was just about to head for cat heaven, but the doctors didn't give up, they gave him back to us like new. Best Veterinary Hospital ever. That was five years ago, They have been wonderful, We lost Teddy about 2 weeks ago, to cancer. They were great, but he has gone to cat heaven, we had him for a lot longer because of the great care he got there. we thank then for the great care they give our pets.

I really like this place. Everyone is nice and polite. When I had to have my cat put down, they were caring and told me not to worry about the payment, they would send a bill. I received a sympathy card signed by everyone before I got the bill. The prices aren't too bad. I guess about the same as anywhere. But, the people make the difference.

I haven't had a pet in years. I now am now a proud fur baby Mama! The Village Veterinary came highly recommended. Even though, at the time, it was a 45 minute drive for me, I decided to take my pup there. I watched as people brought in their pets and everyone was like a big happy family! Great vibes!! It was well worth the drive!! Everyone is super friendly, helpful and caring! My pup, Beans, loves it there too! I highly recommend the Village Veterinary Hospital. It's a good feeling, knowing your fur baby is so well cared for!

Love this vet practice. Have taken my dogs and cats here for over 12 years. Some at the beginning of their lives and some at the end. The doctors are excellent and knowledgeable. Also love the fact that there is someone with my fur baby when they might need to stay overnight in the hospital.
