Always great quality on comestibles, lower prices than surrounding big box stores. Changing inventory on knick-knacks at better prices than larger retailers. Good source of dairy, meat, fish as well as european style canneries.

Always great prices. Produce selection very good. I really like Aldi's. The ONLY critique I have is that I went there for the wild caught frozen salmon. It was there but I read that It was wild caught in USA then processed and packed in China. So I did not buy it. I do not buy food products from certain countries as I do not know what their handling procedures are. India is another no no for seafood.

I am now able to get my favorite bread only sold at Wegmans previously at Aldis. I have also found their meat to be of good quality and availability. They also stock Fair life milk. Try it I'm sure you will find their products of good quality just a different name.

Meat prices are getting higher but same everywhere. Chickens still fair price. Still aldi is my go to place. Picked up all my staples for the week for around $60 can't do better than that.

Have most things you want and more. Usually well stocked ,and have alot if good specialty items. Just not enough cashiers on. Prices have gone up, but still good to shop.

Bad Shopping Experience the last several times. Staff unfriendly and rude. Closed 1 lane while I was already had waited for 5minutes then Cashier told Us to go to isle 1. When we moved to ile 1 the Young man at the cashier said that this lane was closing and go back to the other isle and then said something smart at me to look up at the lights on the isle numbers. All the Cashier lights were off. Asked to see manager and manager was Another Young "punk" said that we got to close these isles because there's a lot of work for employees to do by closing an isle and picking up "1 or 2" pty boxes on the ground. None of the staff also were wearing any name tags so you couldn't identify a member or report Their name. They are All unprofessional and I won't ever shop there ever again at an Aldi's. Sad because Aldi is a German CO. And My Ancestors are alot of Them from Germany...

Lousy selection of anything I needed, too high priced and the don't give you any plastic bags, especially in NY state. You are charged for even the brown bag's @ 5 cent's/per bag or you have to purchase the reusable bags from the store. Bring your own bag's if you travel NY state.

Aldi offers excellent products at amazing prices! They have a fresh & diversified produce section. They offer a multitude of healthy grain & sprouted breads. They have an abundant selection of organic, healthy option, and gluten-free items. Their bronze-cut pastas are of top-notch quality. I'm always impressed with the variety of foods/food-types & their special-items. I often find unique, quality non-food items that are also value-priced. I've been an Aldi shopper for many, many years & I always walk out a happy customer.

Nope it hasn't changed muchThey did have 3 cashiers on line working today which was a good thing. Lines went down fast. Man if some walmart cashier went there they wouldn't know what to do except maybe get fired for working to slow lol.

This is my favorite grocery store. Prices are way cheaper than other stores. You can actually fill a cart for under $100. I love all of their specialty items like different healthy chips they offer or the fun cheeses they have. They also have some cool different non-food items that you can get at a reasonable price like pots and pans or even socks for your kids.

Their food is equal to & sometimes better than name brand. Downside is I have been overcharged on a couple occasions & special items go quickly. It seems like they would order more to accommodate customers.

I have been shopping here for years. Without a doubt the best bang for your buck! Down side; Aldi has gained in popularity big time over the last 4 or 5 years so at times produce selection is poor and items out of stock. Also many items are seasonal and disappear regularly. Most definitely worth a stop in you have never been there.

Aldi's Canastota NY.... The best!!! They revamped the entire store last year. The aisles are opened up more and they have some really great products. Everyone is super friendly! It's ridiculously clean!!! And, the prices, well... You leave with a lot of stuff and still money in your pocket! Just a heads up... Stick with Hellman's Mayo 😂😂😂

Generally great prices, I'd recommend buying food for about a week or 2 from here. Don't stock up or you do risk things expiring. Still a great place amd good customer service.

When we first moved to Canastota 9 years ago the staff at this Aldi's was amazing so friendly they knew everyone and greeted you with smiles. I know people get new jobs and move on, but the new people don't seem as friendly, and I hate going there because of the check out and bagging. I'm not sure if it's pressure of them having to check people out as fast as possible, but it seems to loose customer service this way.

Always clean and the prices are great. Kinda tough to check out if you only have a few items as one line is usually open. But for the price the quality can't be beat.
