The price for venison processing and vacuum packing comes standard, is absolutely worth the ride down (it took an hour to get there from where I live).Get here!

I stopped up here to get some beef short ribs and asked if I had to call in advance about getting some marrow bones cut in half for some roasted beef marrow. They said that wasn't necessary just give them a couple of minutes. Well low and behold they came back with a few and they were fresh ones.Incredible customer service here and super high quality and local product.

Wilson Beef is one of the best butchers around• Their prices are fair considering it's all done by hand and they got a lot of really nice and high quality seasonings and blends. I highly recommend a trip here!

First visit to Wilson Beef Farms did not disappoint. An impeccably clean& beautiful shop. Bright and full of well placed tables displaying many different beef treats such as jalapeño beef sticks , as well as other delicious items. A full glass encased wall features their fine cuts of meats. The staff, so helpful and friendly . Hard to believe they have cattle, as there wasn't any odor outside. If you're a meat lover, you have to visit Wilson Beef Farms. It was well worth my hour plus drive. You can call ahead to place your order so it will be ready when you arrive. Have dogs ? Then check out , " Pamper your pet"( that won my heart) . My giant breed dogs went crazy for their bones ! Highly recommended to my neighbors/friends. Most definitely will return. We ordered 3 different kinds of beef sticks from the local little league teams. All of them were greasy, the jalapeño ones were dry the cheese was dry. The teriyaki were greasy with no taste and the beef cheddar were dry.

The jerky and meat sticks they make and sell are awesome. We take regular trips down there few times a year. The hot dogs they make are also great. Prefer them to our local big brand.They can also do custom orders and cuts if you reach out to them which I have done in past. Great place

Been purchasing from here for years. The chicken and beef are both raised without steroids or hormones. You can actually taste the quality. People are so used to rubbery, flavorless chicken from big box stores they don’t even know what real chicken tastes like. We will be loyal customers and make the drive that’s over an hour for years to come. In 2017, they expanded and now offer a much larger in-store selection of cash and carry meats, pies, jams, etc. So good.

If I had 4 large chest sized freezers I'd buy all their displayed meats. Their products are excellent as well as their helpful staff. This is, by far, the best place to buy meats, sauces, and cheese in New York State.

Excellent meat products. Every time I go I stock up on their ground beef and a variety of hot dogs. The white hots with cheese and the jalapeño and cheese are my favorites.Be careful when you go to their store, though, because they have always have free samples out and you'll buy way more than you intend you. I always do :-PIf you want quality beef and pork products from a source you can trust, Wilson's is the place to go."You can compare the price, but you can't compare the quality." True story.

Always friendly people with a very large variety of meat, meat products, and condiments. I have several varieties of deer hot dogs and sausage made every year. Hands down the best I have head. I even take about 50 lb worth of their venison hot dogs to my friends in Missouri every year as they cannot get enough of them.

My husband went here a few weeks back. He spent around $250 dollars. He got an assortment of different items.I have to say, we were not impressed. The only item that we liked was the sliced country ham. We will not return.

This is the best place to buy meat. Always clean, courteous, and helpful. The meat is always the tastiest, and you know it's the healthiest because the animals haven't been exposed to hormones, antibiotics, or any other unhealthy chemicals. The ham is absolutely the best. Try it, you'll keep coming back!

I travel 2 or 3 times a year an hour plus to stock up on what I have found to be the best quality meat products. The drive from Greece NY is worth the cost as the quality is so high and has never changed..

I tried to place an order as a gift for someone else. The online order would not go through, said "card address does not match shipping address." On any other website this is not a problem. I tried to put it through twice, no no avail, same error. Called my bank, changed the card address to the shipping address. Tried to place order a third time, got same error message. The next day I see on my bank account I have been charged THREE TIMES for the same order. I called Wilson Beef Farms and was politely told to call my bank, they are sorry but there is "nothing" they can do. They also said they show no order that went through, nothing pending on their end. No offer of credit, to make it right, to try again later after speaking with bank and will get free shipping, nothing, no taking responsibility for a shotty website or problem nor any offer to make it right. I called my bank, they show the three charges, they say they will credit them and have no idea why the error occurred nor why the order didn't go through or why it was charged three times to my card. I waited about 4 days and my bank refunded me. I will not be ordering online from W.B. Farms and will go with someone else.

I have to admit, never been to Wilson Beef Farms before. My son-in-law told me about this place. So I went on the internet and look them up. I order on line, went to pick up my order, the people in there were awesome !! Very friendly!! I am now one of there customers !!

I have been going here for 10ys+ this is by far the cleanest most consistent venison processing facility around. I have had everything they offer and have never been disappointed in the quality and service. I know guys that drive from over 100mi away to do bissneess here.

Just a place for the employees to hook up and ruin marriages. Their meat processor Joe is about as shady as they come. Runs his own side processing business and that gets even worse. Sad the Wilson's let such unethical people work for them.

I was able to experience this lovely place of assorted jerky and I loved it. I was on a tour in this facility as part of the NY beef council competition for college students. It is such a awesome place, very clean and the customer service was excellent.

I was riding my motorcycle to there to grab stuff for the smoker for the 4th of july and ended up having dizzy spell and couldn't ride my bike safely so i asked the young ladies working if i can leave my bike there till that night when i could pick it up they never even had to think about it never had an issue place was wonderful and respectful.

We are from out of state and raise our own but were out of steaks, we stoppped in while camping in the area and this is the closest steak we have had to the beef we raise at home. Very friendly staff, clean facility, nice selection!
