Very rude. I called to make an appointment for my small dog and it was my first time ever making a grooming appointment and the person on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Basically talking to me like I was an idiot. My problem was not that they weren't excepting new clients. My problem was how the employee talked to me. And I had originally asked how much grooming would cost me and he never answered that question. I will say he did give me another area where people might be accepting new clients but no specific names of places.

Called to get my cats nails trimmed two weeks ago and went to look up the address on google and saw the place was closed even though they were open. Well I called to to verify my appointment and was told there was never an appointment made for my cats even though I scheduled the appointment two weeks ago. Could have taken my cats somewhere else in the meantime, horrible customer service and organization.

Shear Pawfection was wonderful! They trimmed Kane’s nails and gave him a shampoo. The price was very fair! They were kind and friendly and helped us schedule him in when there wouldn’t be other dogs since he isn’t very friendly with other males. Gigi was so great with him and even took pictures during his shampoo for me!! Look how proud he is! We won’t be taking him anywhere else, shear pawfection has won us over!

Mark and his crew are the best around! I had a miniature schnauzer for 13 years. Mark groomed her for the last 7 years of her life. Then I brought a Giant Schnauzer Miss Xena to him. Mark knocked it out the box with her very first Grooming and has been taking care of her for 3 years now.

My little dog is a challenge when it comes to nails, so much so we've been turned away by a few other groomers. But these guys handled him like a champ and made it look easy! Highly recommend especially for dogs that might be extra nervous about things!

Took my dog for the first time to this location that bears no resemblance to a dog grooming or dog friendly location. There were no windows and the only door said “no admittance”. I asked if I could come in to see where my dog would be groomed and was told “no”, it is not their policy. I was greeted by a man who did not have my name or my dog’s name at hand for my 11:00 appointment. The only sign was a sandwich board that said Pet Salon, not even the name of the business!I explained that I was new in town and that I wouldn’t drop my child off to a place that bore no resemblance to what it claimed to be, and said do you understand? Mark said, no, in essence a dog is not a child. Well, needless to say, we parted company. Very disappointed with the total lack of customer service or sensitivity or respect for safety. And yet the cost would have been $50 for a bath and nail clip, and only cash or checks are acceptable. I thought small towns were supposed to be friendly?

I was in tears when I left...this groomer called me very early and asked if I could come right in after he got my message. I have a senior dog that is blind and deaf, has seizures and does not like to get groomed. He took my dog right in and cleaned him up beautifully. I thought he was just going to feel my dog out and see if he could manage. When he came out and I could see Miles' eyes I was amazed. The kindness and caring was awesome. I will take my dog here as long as they are willing. I really didn't know what I was going to do if they did not help me. Their COVID protocol was exemplary. Thank you so very much for your kindness and professionalism.

Terrible customer service. Also, If you’re looking for speed over quality these guys are for you. Tried giving them a lot of chances with 4 different pets but we were always trimming them when they got home because of the spotty uneven jobs this place did. Yeah they do the brunt of the work but they don’t complete it. Disappointing as hell.

Very disappointed and will never return. The bath was great but the grooming was substandard. Unlike a pet groomer I used for my other dog ... who always asks how much I wanted my dog groomed when I call for the appointment ... this groomer only asked for the breed, but never asked how much I wanted him groomed. Very little grooming was done. His fur still almost hung to the floor. afterwards. The only real discernible change was that he was clean. When I called later to complain, I was told that, upon picking up your dog, they lock the door and ask if the grooming was satisfactory. That was NOT done. Compared to my other dog who is groomed at a different groomer, the quality of the grooming is night and day. I will never return here.

Just picked up my male Yorkie from his grooming. Once again, great job. Mark and his staff always friendly and accommodating. If I voice any concerns with JC’s skin/hair, it’s addressed and done. I appreciate their care and would recommend them to anyone.

This is the best grooming salon ever! They do an excellent job each and every time. Their prices are HALF of what I was paying at PetCo and they do it in HALF the time. My pups always look great coming out of here. They also take walk-ins for nail clipping. Another bonus.

These guys are Great! Took my Dog there today (no appointment, just called ahead), met us at the truck and got her on in and done Fast. My dog is not a big fan of having her nails clipped and they have a great approach everytime and get it done without issues.

I have never felt so comfortable with a groomer. My dog is my absolute best friend and I've never felt comfortable having him groomed by anyone in the past. I tried to this groomer based on customer input and went to meet them and I'm extremely happy with their services. When I pick up my dog he's relaxed happy and beautiful.

This was my dogs first time at this grooming salon and I am very happy with the service we received today. I called Shear Pawfection after trying to take my big German Shepherd to another grooming salon in the area. They didn’t quite know how to handle him so we had to cancel his appt there. I called up Shear Pawfection and they were able to get us in right away, they worked with my dog very well, and he was done in an hour at half the cost of the prior salon. Not to mention he looked and smelled nice and clean. Thank you for helping us out today and I will definitely be bringing him back to Shear Pawfection from now on!

-chihuahua/ min pin mix- I have the hardest time cutting his nails without hurting him, he fights to get away and screams like I’m murdering him. I brought him in today and they were amazing. He still screamed like the world was ending, but they were able to keep him stable and cut his nails safely 😊. He was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you so much!

I had a 3:30 appointment which I was early for. I attempted to call for them to come pick up my dog outside. No answer. After knocking for several minutes I finally had a response. The owner came out and let me know that he had called before my appointment to see if I was still coming. He claimed he left a voice-mail...which he definitely DID NOT. I tried calling him back once I saw the missed call. No answer. I drive 30 minutes to his business just to be told that HE CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AND RESCHEDULED SOMEONE ELSE IN MY PLACE.i did not realize that this was the way he ran his establishment. He claimed that because I had to reschedule before. Once it was him rescheduling due to me calling to inform him I would be a few minutes late. And the second time it was because I had someone in my home with a high fever and did not want to expose anyone to COVID if that was what it was. BOTH TIMES I called in advance. This time there was NO ANSWER and he argued with mr outside claiming he had "left a detailed voicemail." This is a terrible way to run a business. DO NOT GO HERE.
