Poor experience. While the store is nice and selection is good, when asking the supervisor why the store would not accept a digital ID from AZ, the response was not good. I simply wanted an understanding as to why they would not accept it, in which the response given was “we can get cops here if you really want to know” “we’ll call the cops and you could talk to them”. How about just talking to me to help me understand. Wasn’t trying to cause a scene but they were immediately hostile to my questioning

Terrible service, I am a young professional that wanted to get a bottle of cider for a gift and they refused to serve me because I “looked too young” even though I had my ID with me and showed them that. As I left the staff yelled at me. The staff were very rude to me as well. If you want to support a business that respects its customers do not go here.Edit: nobody in my party was rude or belligerent to the staff, I don’t understand why you feel the need to lie in your reply instead of learning from the situation so you may improve. The majority of your staff were very kind but the one male cashier yelled at me as I was leaving the store and was overall very rude.

Was out of town for a hockey game and looking for a nearby liquor store that carries a good bourbon selection at MSRP or close to as you can get pricing. This place was spot on! Highly recommended

The staff at Ryan’s Wines are very knowledgeable about their products and are super friendly as well. Love how the wines are stocked based on the lake they are located. Makes it easy to find your favorite and discover new finds! Great selection of international wines as well. Do miss the very verbal parrot that used to greet the customers !

The selection is huge and the staff are amazing! I stopped in for champagne on New Years Eve and wanted to try something different from their large selection. A staff member was prepared to assist anyone with questions on the different champagne's and helped to assist me in finding a fantastic choice. The prices are more than fair too!

I absolutely love this liquor store. I love that they have a variety of wine and liquor. Oh I like that the staff is very knowledgeable in their field they are willing to really help you choose and educate you on different options that you are interested in. They have tastings on Fridays of different type of liquor and also wine as well to give you a chance to see and taste something different. I think the store does a van tastic job of doing all of that. The store is also very friendly with the LGBT community and is very welcome to all. And they are very clean store to. I would strongly recommend going here.

If i could give 0 stars i would…. This establishment is very unprofessional. Checkout staff are discriminatory and rude… when faced with a problem “everyone” is an owner and unhelpful, as well as Very dismissive and condescending. Would not recommend visiting… unless you’re unseasoned, then I’m sure you’ll be gladly welcomed and treated nicely.

Very surprised by the last review. I shop at Ryan's quite a bit and use their shipping when I'm feeling lazy. They have been nothing but the best. Shipping is quick and easy and they have a very knowledgeable staff. Order with confidence, its a great store.

Great variety, great staff. Go to liquor store in Canandaigua. Best selection of wines, liquors, and fun specialty items such as shots, canned cocktails, etc. Bright, spacious, and clean. Doesn't make you feel like you're in a dark, cramped space as some liquor stores do. Highly recommended for your alcohol needs.

I absolutely love this liquor store. They have a lot of choices from wine to whiskey to rum. The people that work at the store is very nice and very knowledgeable about wine in Baker. On Friday evenings they have wine tastings and different stuff like that. The store is very clean and the people there are very nice and good atmosphere. Strongly suggest to go here to get your liquor
