They never have a common asthma medication in stock, I recently switched to this pharmacy and every time they don't have my prescription filled and I have to wait for them to fill it. I have to wait an additional three to four days without my asthma meds because they're not in stock. If you're thinking about switching pharmacies Don't go here they are not reliable at all. New update, the pharmacist told me they would have the medication in 3 days after I went in so I called to make sure I wouldn't waste my time driving in and low and behold it's not in stock like they said it would be. I have to wait an additional day. Therefore, I am out my asthma medication for 5 days

Some pharmacists are kind of rude and dismissive when you want to ask them something but then there are others that actually take the time to answer your questions thoroughly with knowledge. I spoke to a pharmacist named Greg and he was very helpful with answering my questions about the medications that I took.

Previous review was wrong. The pharmacy at this store is amazing. They have gone out of there way to make sure I was taken care of more than once. Great place, great help, great store!

I have been a customer for over 16 years but will be switching my pharmacy. I was in the store just now shopping and witnessed the assistant manager being very rude to the older lady (Carol) that works at the front counter. She was calling her out in front of customers and continually repeated herself in a nasty voice. Carol is one of the few employees in that store who is always friendly when assisting customers. I don't believe this kind of behavior should be tolerated and obviously she does not have the people skills for her position.

The store is alright, but the company practice of adding "Kidcents" donation to the total amount - they didn't even ask me if I wanted to donate - It feels like they just stole money from me. I noticed this one other time I visited this store on my receipt - so beware they are rounding up without asking your permission. That is theft.

Had my script sent in early so they would have time to fill it and they still didn't have it filled on time. Not only is it not filled, it is now on me to call other pharmacies to see if they can get it, even though it's already overdue. They couldn't bother telling me this was an issue when the script was sent in last week. Oh no, that would be all too helpful. This place is many things but "helpful" is not one of them.

Worst customer experience I've ever had mutliple times over. They set me up for auto renew which I didn't ask for and then told my doctor I never pick up my prescription on time. I'm sorry, when I have a full bottle of prescription at home and get a call a week later saying my order is ready, I'm not going to go pick it up. To the guy with the overly brushed hair, start treating people with respect when they come to the window or call looking for a refill instead of being condescending and belittling for no reason, you're not special, you're not funny, and because of you I won't ever be going back to this place. Definitely going to let everyone I know to steer clear of this place as well unless they want to play 20 questions and have their prescription delayed for no reason. Oh yeah and one more thing, manager was supposed to get ahold of me to work it out, never happened. Guess they don't care either.

Way to go, for canceling "card on file" payments!🤬 My gf JUST GOT HOME AFTER RUSHING TO THE ER. She didn't have have her wallet because it was an EMERGENCY! Also what do you do for people needing HOME DELIVERY? Too many ill-conceived business decisions and entrenched thinking in a post-covid world! Phasing you out!

Every time I go to pick up my prescription "it's not ready yet, it will be another 15-20 minutes" EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I am so over it. I put in a pick up time of 1pm arrive at 5pm THE NEXT DAY and still not ready. It's ridiculous. And the excuse of being short staffed is over played. Everyone is short staff, where I work I am short staffed but I still get customers orders done on time.

Shouldn't have to a week to get a prescription filed. If a prescription is filled monthly, maybe anticipate that and actually order the medication so it's in stock ahead of time. I ordered the refill on a Monday, was told on a Friday morning that they'd go through the inventory they just received and it might be filled later if it was there. Apparently, it "might" be there next Monday...

An elderly relative who I help to care for was given multiple excuses regarding why her medicine could not be delivered today. She was finally told that the delivery person was "not comfortable" delivering a controlled substance, after having delivered it for several months prior. Wondering when employees started having the authority to dictate their job responsibilities? Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I went in person to pick up the prescription for her and was treated to the same indifference in person as she receives via telephone. Very sad.

The staff here is friendly and takes time for accuracy and consultation.Medical EVERYTHING is short staffed. There are supply-chain problems and what makes it worse is ATTITUDE, so please- BE KIND.

The pharmacy staff has always been very helpful and actually cares when answering questions. I have never liked getting vaccinations but they have always made it easy and are very kind.

For the past few years I have witnessed the lack of responsibility of this business in the city of Canandaigua to follow the snow removal ordinance that every resident and business must follow, with businesses between the hours of 8am thru 4 pm to keep snow and ice removal from sidewalks!! We had a large amount of snow fall this past week but RITE AID, doesn’t care if residents have passage on the sidewalks that surround their establishment that they are required to maintain!! Called the city to ask why they don’t have to follow the ordinance, they stated RITE AID doesn’t care about the ordinance because if the city cleans/takes care of it, it only costs $50! So they don’t care about what we are required to do by ordinance!

The male manager follows you around. If you want to return a purchase WITH A RECEIPT they rake you over the coals. I will never go back. I switched my rx and would not refer anyone
