Had an appointment scheduled. Showed up on time (10 minutes early). Groomer refused to see my dog because "they close in an hour." I had an appointment. Why make an appointment if you can't make it. She then said I should call to make an appointment. However, no one ever answers the phone when you call.Very poor service

I have 2 older dogs with their own idiosyncrasies. Each one received very loving attention and they were well groomed. The staff was very friendly to me and caring toward my pets. I am a first time customer and they helped me through the process well. My dogs were ready to go home, but only because they are always ready to go home when I leave them someplace. They seemed very comfortable with their groomers.

I have never had any problems. Jessie the groomer has been doing my dogs for 9 years would not trust anybody else. She understands they are part of our family. She takes great care of the dogs. We can leave them there knowing they will be fine

We have a 5 yr. Old German Shepherd and we previously cut his nails. Suddenly he would no longer allow us. We spoke to Angela before we brought him in....she has 17 yrs of experience & assured us she was familiar with Shepherds personalities. They both did great!! I couldn't ask for a better person to take our dog and complete the task requested! A customer ahead of me also gave Angela high praises!!

I made the appointment for my two German Shepherd Dogs and was given a time within 4 days instead of 4 weeks out which was very good. We had a snafu with not having the rabies certificates with us and I was at work when my husband dropped them off. He calls in a panic to tell me he forgot the certificates so the store staff said I could fax them in which I did and then they were able to complete both dogs in under 3 hours. I am very pleased and will definitely be going back! Kudos to the groomers at Canandaigua PetCo.

Our Ridge does NOT like getting his nails trimmed. We have the same groomer do his nails every time. Ridge still doesn't like it but he is getting better. The groomer is patient with him and does a great job. I forgot the groomers name, I think it's Don. He is always polite and answers any questions I might have. So far we are happy and Ridge's nails always look great! :)

My coonhound had high anxiety getting her nails trimmed in the beginning but the girls were patient and worked with her and after a few visits my dog's anxiety is very little. Awesome staff!!!

Pleasant staff, great grooming job. Could improve the check-in process. Waiting with a nervous barking dog is not a good thing. The dog could be taken to holding cages until the staff is ready to process paperwork.
