Absolutely love this place… they are the perfect pet / human friendly groomer. This is the only place we would leave our dogs, knowing they are making friends & are able to be comfortable rather than afraid (their tails are wagging while being groomed). They always look perfect when done! Highly recommend them 🐾

This groomer is absolutely fantastic! We've been home for over an hour now and I still can't get over how good he looks! Not only did they keep the appointment (looking at you Petco 😒) but my dog came home looking like a brand new pup. They did everything I asked for and took their time with him because he's a scaredy cat. We both loved the mom & pop experience and for a cheaper price than the big chains. They were professional, courteous and gave me updates on how he was doing during the grooming appointment to boot. It was a very good experience all around and we will be using them again next time.

I would not recommend this groomer. They are not bad people, but Consistently overbook themselves and have a very difficult time keeping scheduled appointments correctly without mixups. I Had also received a number of phone calls from the owner trying to reach out to a different customer, I just think organization is lacking. Not a good business model, and my opinion.The energy at Paws has become way too chaotic! I was with them for 6 years- Allison always groomed my Shihpo mix. Allison was great but no longer works there. My first appointment after Allison left did not go well, my dog did not respond well at all (after getting her checked out by the vet and cleared for any medical problems, I believe it’s because of how incredibly chaotic, stressful and busy it was in there)I had to go back and pick my dog up ungroomed, and they were unable to rebook an appointment for me. I was told I’d be put on a “cancellation list”and recommended I call a different groomer… Its been almost 2 months and I have not received any calls back for a new appointment at Paws, regardless of the fact that I was a dedicated customer for so many years… And the groomer they recommended I speak to flat out told me Paws had been sending them their “difficult” dogs because they simply don’t want to deal with it. I would imagine it could become difficult when you are overbooking and creating such a stressful environment.Again, they are not bad people but I Certainly don’t feel they value their customers, and if your dog has any difficulties with grooming, or Stressful, chaotic environments, I would not recommend going here.

The entire staff at Paws On Main Street Grooming is exceptional! They were very welcoming to my dog who was a little nervous at first, but the good atmosphere at the shop made my dog feel right at home. Top notch service, I highly recommend!

Sharing for my father Dave Chrisman.I took my all most 8 month old black lab in today to get his nails cut. They were able to get them done without any problems. The vet had tried and myself along with a neighbor and my grandson have not been able to get them done.Highly recommend Paws on Main. We will continue to go here for our nails. Everyone was very nice and polite to myself and Tate.

My wife took are dog there for a number of years until mattie came out limping. Then they said they no longer wanted our business. They said it cost them money to groom her. This is after several years. I also noticed they purged their reviews. This place is bad.
