Ollie's Bargain Outlet is a satisfactory establishment. I have given it a rating of three out of five stars for several reasons. Firstly, they are handicap accessible, which is a commendable feature. Additionally, they are currently hiring staff, which may be of interest to some individuals. However, there are certain aspects of the store that I find less favorable. The aisles are quite narrow, making it difficult to navigate, especially when the store is crowded. Furthermore, while they are handicap accessible, the store can become somewhat inaccessible when it is overly crowded.Another point of dissatisfaction is their pricing strategy. While they market themselves as a bargain outlet, I have found that their prices are not particularly competitive. In fact, it is possible to find better prices for similar items at other stores. Despite these drawbacks, Ollie's Bargain Outlet remains a generally acceptable store.

I'm always excited to see what Ollie's has in stock! Most recently I purchased a beautiful 8'X10' rug for our dining area, for $200!You cannot beat the prices when it comes to books, bedding, candles, cookware- and really anything in between. While that is true for all Ollie's stores, Canandaigua's Ollie's is always well organized, easy to navigate through clear aisles and clean. Such an awesome addition to the old Roseland plaza!

My daughter and I received awesome help from one employee, he had no problem answering questions multiple times, directing or showing us to the appropriate location, and he was so polite and chatty. I don't go often because it's so easy to drop too much money, but it's always an adventure!

Ollie's is a great place to go if your looking for cheap things. I like to go here first to look for rugs/carpets because they are fairly cheap compared to other stores. You may have to take more time to look around but it is definitely worth checking out when running your errands.

Best Ollie's by far. It's so clean & bright inside. The aisles are actually perfectly spaced so you can easily get your cart down each one.

My friend & I usually begin our annual Xmas shopping trip @ Xmas Tree Shop, but now it's closed we started @ Ollie's. We generally go to the Henrietta store, but decided to go to Canandaigua one. Glad we did very spacious, clean & well organized, shelves full & very neat, great selection.

The management is rude, I dropped a jacket leaving the store and the manager said there was nothing he could do about it and hung up before I could get another word in..

I used to actually really like this location. And even though they do still have good stuff, the rudeness of the staff has completely turned me off from coming here anymore. My cashier was complaining the whole time she was cashing me out that people kept coming to her line when she wasn't even supposed to be on register. Well there was no one at any other lane so how are customers supposed to know that you're not the cashier if the actual cashier wasn't at their station? As someone who also works with the public, in customer service, I found it to be very rude and unprofessional. She made me feel like I was a bother to her and it made me feel quite uncomfortable. From now on I'll be taking my business to the Webster location, which is a shame because this location was closer. But I wont shop somewhere that makes their customers feel like they are a problem just for simply being there.

I have a storage room off my bedroom that is over our garage. Researched the cheapest flooring and bought remnant area rugs from Ollies. With measuring and careful planning, only had to trim a little. Best price on flooring. Happy to not break the bank.

I LOVE Ollie's! You can find the best deals on appliances, dishware, a great selection of toys at bottom line prices. This is THEE Best place in the world to do all of your gift shopping. We have purchased beautiful large area rugs with gorgeous designs for reasonable prices, a 12 piece Corelle set for only $12 bucks, many toys, and holiday decor. You will NOT be able to beat OLLIE'S selection of products or the prices they offer anywhere. Shop Ollie's!

Awesome place for everyone to check out. Bound to find something to suit your needs. Even found hand sanitizer for one cent! In 2023 that is an insane deal. Has everything from snacks to sheets. King size comforter for $40

Very plain and basic discount store. Great deals and low prices, but limited selection and many items are way off brand. Limited staff available to assist, but very friendly and happy to take care of the customer. I will visit again and may even join the Ollie's Army.

There was a huge variety. When I was at the check out an employee, Sue, I'm guessing she was a manager or assistant. She displayed some of the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. She was friendly, talkative, polite when another rude customer was at a different register. Our too short of a conversation with her kindness definitely turned my day around. She deserves many kudos and then some. I hope her holidays get better and she can find some true time for herself.
