Let me begin by saying that I used to love Joann Fabrics! Today I visited this store and was looking up and down the isles for well over an hour. No friendly "hello", no "as soon as I am done here, I will be happy to help." The line at the register was 6 deep with the lady at the front of the line ringing the bell and yelling for someone to come to check her out. I had a random few items, but not what I came in for. The how-to books in the sewing area were all a jumble and hard to look through. There was no information on the yarns - or anything for that matter! What a disappointment!

If you don’t have enough employees to do curbside pickup or open at regular hours then don’t offer that. Do not recommend ever doing pickup orders both times the same lady has been extremely rude

The store is always clean. Knowledgeable staff. Buy online pick up in store is a mess. Can't exchange an item to get the same promo so I don't recommend the site but the store itself is great.

I come into this store once a year or so around Halloween when I’m looking for the finishing touches on my always homemade costume. 😁 The associates have always been friendly and helpful and I’ve been able to find everything I’m looking for.

I like this store for craft items/friendly knowledgeable staff but could use a larger stock of deco-mesh!They always have what I need and the staff members are all wonderfully friendly and helpful!!

I absolutely love this location! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am currently working on a dress and Sheila stepped right up and started helping me pick out a zipper and thread. Her expertise and knowledge of the products was extremely helpful when I wasn't sure what would go best with my pattern. The store is clean, tidy, and kept well stocked. Every employee I ran into was more than helpful. It is family-like there and it makes the shopping experience there exciting and enjoyable. Most of all, when picking out fabric, everything was IMPECCABLE. Not one bolt of fabric was misplaced, wrinkled, or out of sorts. I love this store and will continue to shop here. Cashier was particularly helpful in guiding me through the Joann discount process. Since I was a newby, she patiently assisted, even though there was quite a line waiting to check out. I saved over 20 dollars.

Disappointed to find such a small selection of items for macrame. I like to shop in a bick and mortar store but more and more find it necessary to shop on line. I guess that's the way of it today🙁

I got exactly what I came for.....and then some! The lady stocking shelves was very helpful.....she knew just what I asked her for and showed me rught where it was....I walked right by it ealier!!The lady at the cutting table was very sweet and friendly!The lady at the checkout was very helpful......and knew just which coupons would work...and which would not!It was a great shopping experience!I love Joann Fabrics stores!You should go there, too!There's "sew" much more than fabrics there!!

This store has everything for crafters from beginners to experts, but the prices can be very high. I suggest keeping an eye on the website for coupons or downloading the app & check for clearance prices. Hobby Lobby has high prices, too, but their sales & clearance prices can be great if you catch them. JOANN's is a great alternative since Hobby Lobby is further away, but bring a coupon!
