Rude employees and disrespectful to customers like myself. A mechanic came on a power trip up to me telling me to move my truck from his parking lot. Yes I was parked temporarily while cleaning the inside of my truck since i didn't want to take a fuel isle to do it. So I parked in the entrance where I see trucks parked there all the time when there's no space. But this guy tries to fight me and starts cursing at me to move my truck out of his parking lot like a maniac. He came to me looking for a fight. Then he saw I'm not scared of him, so he brought his manager too to threaten and curse at me. The first guy was a mechanic from the shop and the second was a bold old man they were both on a power trip today as if their mom owned the place. If they would of been nice I would of told them I'm just cleaning my truck a little bit then I'll leave but tlqhen they came out like they wanted to fight me I didn't back down because I can handle myself pretty well and i could of taken them both on if needed. But obviously I wasn't trying to sleep in a jail cell tonight so I left but they were both very rude and on a power trip like their mom owned the place and I'm ruining their business. I gave them plenty of business fixing my truck in their shop and buying food from subway and dunking donuts and convenience store. That's was very disrespectful and uncalled for. They could of just said nicely that that's not a parking space and when I'm done to move since there's plenty of room to get in through there and there's also another entrance also. But I was out of everyone's way where I parked. And it was only temporary to begin with. It only escalated because they wanted to feel powerful and I didn't give them the satisfaction because they were rude about the way they went about it.I was parked next to the last truck on the right side to his left. Next to topline trailer.Not cool !!

As far as truck stops go, this place is pretty good! It's impeccably clean top to bottom. Very well lit. The restrooms are top notch and they have showers as well. The store is well stocked with a really wide variety of products. There's also a Subway and Dunks as well if you're so inclined. It's located immediately off the exit ramp so super convenient even if you're not getting off at that particular exit.

For a place to stop during a long drive, whether or not you're a trucker, this is ideal. You can even take a shower! Great coffee at great prices, any snack you can think of, all sorts of beef jerky and chips and bags of yummy things. A matrix of energy drinks that would boggle the mind!But, at the risk of sounding cliche, the most important ingredient that this place uses is love! Yes I know that is their name, but you truly get the feeling that every person who works there is really glad that you're there. Shaking off the cold and walking into a strange place, you suddenly feel like you're visiting old friends. I know that's what they're going for, and boy do they ever hit the mark! The coffee is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced, and if you buy one of there refillable mugs, it'll stay warm a long time and you could refill it for a great price! On top of everything, they sell gas at very good prices as well. If it's ever worth going out of your way to gas up, this is the place!

Fantastic place to get coffee, tea, sandwiches and gas.It is great alternative to the horrible new “apple green” service places.Prices and service are far better than on highway, and takes 5-7 more minutes to get off the highway and rest here

Well got here after a long drive an instead of stopping at a pilot I decided to park at these loves. There’s plenty of parking but the restrooms where out of service including the showers. They could at least have a portable bathroom for customers but they didn’t. I have to walk to a Exxon gas station that was a few minutes away.

So I would’ve given Loves five stars but I discovered during my last visit to loves that they no longer sell alcohol 24/7 which if you live in Massachusetts were alcohol isn’t sold past 11pm you can see the appeal of a place like loves that’s just over the border into NY I think that this is probably the most known fact for people coming from Massachusetts and the reason why so many even know that this place exists so even though I don’t even drink that much or often even I was shocked by this discovery.However, they do still have a wide variety of products they’re prices are good and the customer service is definitely good. So all in all it’s still a good place to stop while on the road.

Why is love not putting in more shower 2.5 hours wait for a shower. They only have 4. Payed 18 dollars. The people are friendly. O yes the number system dont work. I was waiting and a couple mist there number and every one had to wait because the were aloud to go first. U mist your number u can go back to the line

The new Love’s in Willington, CT is beautiful and clean. Well stocked brightly lit shelves. Friendly smiling employees. Lots of parking spaces and nearby trash cans. Even a dog park! And a wonderful ladies room with roomy stalls, doors that swing out, purse hooks, and vacant/occupied indicators on each door so you don’t have to bend down to see if there’s an open one! Definitely a rest stop that a traveling female can appreciate! Well done!

Nice clean rest stop. The bathrooms were well stocked. Great selection in the retail store. Souvenirs, phone accessories, etc. And nice variety of food and car snacks. Kind of neat grill variety of flavored hotdogs you can choose from and build your own sandwich. Loves are scattered throughout the country and while I can only speak for the one in Canaan, I would definitely stop at a Loves again.

I'm a huge fan of Loves but this location is always out of products in their restaurants or the showers are down or the bathrooms and showers(multiple times now)and employees are definitely lacking in professional service(I've never seen people so depressed and short tempered at a Loves).The only thing that redeems this place is the guys in the truck service/repair shop,super friendly guys and very knowledgeable.I will forever be a huge Loves fan but this place needs corporate attention for sure.

Always clean restrooms, friendly service, lots of fuel pumps so very little if any wait time. Very good selection of food, snacks (fresh fruit, sandwiches, hot food, and other pre-packaged snacks and drinks. The coffee is very good! Very important on long trips! There is also a Wendy’s at this stop if you don't want snacks from the store.

When are these companies going to make people put there phones away n do there damn job. All across the nation everyone is texting and watching videos while at work!!!!! The lady cleaning a shower didn't mop the floor or clean the toilet. Just took out old towels replaced them and closed the door. Didn't even wait to leave shower area before she pulled her phone out again.

A little bit of everything within this truck stop….. every kind of drink, snack,toy& food …..found everything we could hope for !!within the plaza is a Subway restaurant…..They did a fantastic job for us and a Dunkin’ Donuts which served to please !!!overall a fantastic visit ….very happy!!

This is a GREAT truck stop! They have many cool electronics and other things for your car. There is also a game room that has a pinball machine, and like 4 other games. They also have lots of foods and drinks to choose from, and the staff is nice! ☺

WARNING!!!!! TO ALL OWNER OPERATORS DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE!!!!! I have 2020 Peterbilt 389 just came to get my batteries replaced for some new Interstate Batteries and shop tech crossed up the wires and melted a battery and fried my electric systems my radio wouldn't come on dash cam out cb radio out lights on the dash almost a $200,000.00 truck ruined because they had only 1 guy working doing 5 peoples job smh Loves risk management team lied to my face about fixing my truck smh DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!! $300 Battery job has now cost me well over $25k but because I'm the little man I have to suffer while steal from me!!!!

Bathrooms and showers nice and clean. Good coffee.Parked my SUV overnight in the parking lot after asking inside. No prob, the shower attendant let me know.Fueled up, got some food and coffee, had a shower to "pay" for my 8h of decent sleep.Road noise from the highway was not a prob. One or two quick trains between sunset on sunup...also not really a prob.Great spot.

Thus subway was insanely good. Like, something-to -write-home-about good. Not only was it really good, but 'Is'(rael) was one of the nicest people I have talked to in weeks. He was super friendly, but still professional and QUICK. I don't think I've ever raved about a subway or a loves. But this location made a believer out of me. It's nice to have someone treat you like a normal person when you know you look like you've been run over by a truck. Human compassion goes a long way when we get so little.If he is not a manager, he needs to be. Thank you.

Giant shout out to James "Batman" in the shop. Blew out a trailer tire last night on the ramp. Limped her into a spot and called it a night. This morning, my shop contacted Love's and Batman got right on it. He was courteous and professional, as well as efficient. Although I am here for a 34, he took care of my tire in roughly 90 minutes.As for the rest of the complex, it is clean and the staff inside is friendly. Not crazy about Dunkin Doughnuts and Subway as the restaurant choices, but overall it's what you should expect from a brand new Love's.

(This took place in the summer time 2023)(edited to correct some grammar)Usually its not that bad here, and maybe I would rate this higher if the counter guy didn’t laugh in my face and if he wasn't so disrespectful and made me cry bc of how rude he was... I forgot my license and couldn’t get cigarettes and I live an hour and a half away and have to drive all the way here from Massachusetts to get them because MA doesnt sell the type that me a few others needed, so I took the ride to the closest place over the border in NY for me and everyone that pitched in... I showed pictures of my license and the barcode and the counter guy was rude and just told me no and to go away and laughed right in my face! he was very short with me and cut me off when i tried to ask a question and told me to go away and he doesn’t care how old I am and that I need to leave.. the laughing in my face part when I realized I forgot it and was clearly upset and worried was the part that really got to me the worst.. I have stuff going on in my own life and I don't need some guy laughing in my face like I'm some kind of idiot.. that wasn't respectful at all..

I drive through here round trip at least once a week and I always prefer to stop here over anywhere else for a fill, bathroom and snack break! Also, if anyone uses the Upside app for extra gas savings, this is a participating station. Bathrooms are clean and nice. They even have outlets (in the women's anyway) and the gritty kind of hand cleaner for grease.
