Good selection of brand names. For example, this store has the top two refrigerated kosher dill pickles as rated by the American Test Kitchen, Boar's Head and Claussens. Wegmans carries neither. The store also has a great bakery. The staff are helpful and friendly, making this a fun place to shop.

Perhaps they are just short of help, but expired food seems inevitable to find. Produce seems overlooked and marginable, and my biggest peeve in a store that caters to seniors can't sell fried chicken by the piece, or half sandwiches like Walmart and Wegmans. Don't get me started on their self checkout procedures, I could get a root canal fasterOn a positive note, the bakery turns out some legit donuts and breads and the deli has a pretty good selection. On a whole the store is very well stocked with many hard to find elsewhere items

Try the Junior's cheesecake! What I like about Tops is that it carries brands that you can't find at Wegmans and it doesn't focus so heavily on its own store brands like Wegmans seems to do. One thing I especially like about Tops is that it carries The Junior's mini cheesecakes called the "little fellas." In Camillus They're in the freezer by the bakery. They come from the famous Junior's restaurant in Brooklyn. In my opinion, they're the best cheesecakes in the world. The mini ones are only $2.99 each.

They sell expired dairy that gives u bad gut infections then returns the moldy cheese to u while never alerting dairy. Their sign says 2 for 12 pumpkins yet one is 11. If u value life avoid!

Two order ladies in the morning talk to each other the whole time. Wanted to know about pricing on something and they could care less didn't want to be bothered and wanted to be done ringing up do she could go back to talking to other employee. Even before covid they don't sell certain items that i like. For example no buttermilk, rocky road icecream, fresh chicken wings. I began to wonder if I was in a grocery store or not. Expired meat. They usually mark down the meat and I found expired. Ugh I would have bought it if you marked it down.

They always have great prices great deals and steals and the meal deals are wonderful because when you're on a budget you can buy a $ 16 to $20 pack of meat and get up to 9 items for free. I only had $16 on me once and needed to get quite a few things with the meal deal I was able to get enough food for 2 meals and some snacks and beverage. Seems like not everyone knows about meal deals but it's definitely a do you can't go anywhere and get 9 items for free and they also don't overprice the meat to compensate the free items

Don't understand how someone calls themselves a Assistant Manager, but you can't assist me with corporates phone number because it's not close enough to you. Didnt even bother to put me on hold to go get it. What happen to customer service???? Looks like someone needs to be retrained!!!

The person at the desk deserves 5 stars but management walked by the line at customer service twice and didn't do more than glare at me like an errant employee, which I am not. I expect better from people in leadership. If it's busy, you get in the trenches and help out.

I love Tops for their Bonus Plus card and it's size, that is it's not so freakin huge that you can get lost looking for the paper towels like that other store people love so much. There's always parking close to the doors, unlike that OTHER place. And they carry the brands I like. They haven't taken away choice by stocking only their store brand, also unlike that gigantic store where the only bacon on the shelf is the store brand. Tops IS the friendly MARKET where they sell FOOD... & a couple other convenient things. They haven't overwhelmed their customers with a food court, an organic section bigger than Texas and they don't serve open containers of booze so I don't worry about drunk drivers running me over in the massive acreage some call a parking lot. Also, I actually save big money on the products I buy anyway with the Bonus Plus Program. Try doing that elsewhere! For me, Tops is TOPS!!!😁

The people are friendly and the store is clean and well lit. You can get good deals using your Tops card. I like this store over the big box chains as they listen to your requests and have ordered items for us.

Tops is a great grocery store with tons of options for any foods you may need, their deli serves fresh meats and even meals for a quick dinner if needed. They also have a bakery with amazing pastries that's fresh and delicious. If anyone needs to get general everyday groceries then tops is the place to go.

This is my local Tops market. I love the staff (many polite, local young adults) and I go in at least weekly because it's closest to me. The store itself is kind of dated (there are nicer Top's markets in the area) and quite honestly, their produce isn't the freshest.

I went to this Tops today because it was near another stop I had to make. I was extremely disappointed , not in any of the people working, but the lack of changes made due to COVID-19. Other stores I had been in take it serious. Large signs telling you to wear masks. Controlled traffic patterns. Enter on door, leave by another. Like Wegmans or Home Depot of many others. Plus a woman entered in front of me not wearing a mask. No one said anything to her. I just was really disappointed in what management has done to protect people. Seems lazy.

Sales prices are a farce! B2G4 free Pepsi 6 plus were marked up to double the regular price making the deal in reality B4G2 free NOT AS ADVERTISED IN THE SALES AD!! They do the same thing with their "MEAL DEALS" too! You think it's a great deal because the ad misleads you by NOT posting the price so you drive in only to find out it was a waste of your gas & your time. Sad no wonder their going bankrupt!

Usually friendly staff.. front girl standing in front of the 4 self serve checkouts on her phone from the time I walked in and then walked out... yes I used the self check-out.. not a single hello or goodbye.. just head buried in her phone. thought someone should know. camillus NY location.. 8:30pm 3/2

Went to grab deli meat took forever to get service. The person working in deli didnt know what turkey was organic. May have just been bad luck either way never had an issue at wegmans. Dont know if I'd go back though.

Maybe Tops isn’t the best as it’s own grocery store, but their bakery is definitely something to rave about. They have really good donuts, muffins, and half moons.

This is a nice grocery store. Basic amenities here and nothing exceptional. The prices here are average and so is the food quality. Other options around may suit a customer better.

Good sales but you have to bring up your own groceries after certain hour and it's kind of a pain in the butt when you have a whole cart full stuff they should at least open up a one register maybe that's why everybody's down the street at Wegmans

Taxes known in the area for selling groceries to a small neighborhood. Unfortunately the store needs rehabilitation and doesn't look as clean as it should be for a grocery store. Prices are very reasonable sometimes the lowest in the area

I like Tops alot, always have, just feel bad the Westval store had to close. Nice, friendly, cashiers. Clean store. Have no problem finding goods, like layout store.

Poor customer service if you call and ask if the have wester union service wich they do they heng up the phone thay did it three time went there to speak to a manager his answer was it's their policy to hang up when you mention western union if you want good Customer service Wegmans is the store
