Very disappointed as when I got to my appointment they would not groom my dog because I told them he was at Cornell about 6 weeks ago for a few days as he had an intestinal infection. Why would I bring a sick dog for a grooming. They then asked me for a documented release for safe grooming. How would anyone have this day of appointment unless asked for in advance. I understand safety precautions and my review rating is due to fact that these questions were not asked when setting up the appointment so the customer could be prepared with what the groomer requires. Especially since this is my first time to use this facility. I actually had to ask them on the phone when making my appointment if they wanted me to bring proof of rabies vaccination. The customer should not need to ask these questions. The facility should be asking them ahead of time. I’m all for safety for all pets and would never risk safety for my pet or any other.

My dog needed an emergency nail trim because my vet forgot to do it during her last appointment. The woman who checked me in was very nice. Ian did the nail trim. He was FANTASTIC with my very large and scared dog. Highly recommend him. Pic shows my pup with the new toy she picked out afterwards.

Brought my dog here to get nails trimmed. I liked that they had the open room where I could wait and make sure there weren’t issues. The groomer took my pup out back, even though the glass room was empty. Not sure what happened but my dog will no longer go into any stores with me.

Ok so for last 3 yrs I took my puppy Onyx to Petco for grooming services… Larry was always our go to guy…!!! The Best they had..!! Took him in today and not even happy with his results…. Of course Larry’s not there and you can tell… went in for bathing and haircut and teeth cleaning… came out looked like a wet dog with fur trimmed… ears not clipped… and not to mention… if they use clippers it’s a extra $10… that’s like going to my barber and saying I’d like a haircut… and him saying if I have to cut you with the clippers it’s a extra $20 …. Just awful…!! Never Again..!! Bring Larry back..!!

We have been taking our Pitbull to petco for a couple of years now. Some places are very leary of grooming pitbulls, but Matt took to kai immediately. When we go in she wags her tail, her whole butt really,and gives Matt the biggest smile. My puppy is my world so I am very particular about who I let groom her. Matt will always be our choice for as long as he is at that location.

I love it here!!! I usually take my pup here because she hates getting her nails clipped and I feel so bad when I try to do it. The employees here do a fantastic job. Today they asked if I wanted to do a bath and I decided to go for it. I'm glad I did because, as expected, they did great! She looks clean and smells great! Any employee I interact with at the location is always positive and helpful. They all truly appear to enjoy their job. We will continue to be coming here!

Excellent service. Friendly, professional sales associates. They went above and beyond good service. We couldn't get our large dog to get in the car when two people came out of the store, asked if they could help, and picked up our dog and put him in the car. They were very gentle and caring. Two very fine young people. They are a real asset to Petco. That is one of the reasons we will be back for all our animal needs, including grooming.

Larry takes his time to listen at check in and we have been going to him for sometime now and he really is appreciated,,,,he shows his love for the dogs and his job. Dont let that individual go...he is a valuable asset to your operational needs!!!!! Always remembers our 2 dogs names and treats them like his own.....Thank you Larry your a true professional...

Very friendly and great with my Chester in cutting his nails he had his first puppy grooming and he did great and they were extra patient with him because he is a little spit fire and mommy was more worried than him he pulled through and so did mommie

Im not speaking about the store as a whole just thr grooming department..The groomer was super nice but the job that was done was horrible. They didn't get all the dandruff off him, he was covered in hair from his hair cut that proceeded to get all over me and my car.... I paid 80 dollars just to have to take my dog home and give him another bath because he was disgusting

I was impressed how well Tanner took to his groomer. He looked like a new puppy, the haircut was so adorab,le, the only thing was on his lower stomach he had a knick All in all I was very impressed how nice everyone was and will definately be back. Thank you petco!

I love this place my dog has been groomed multiple times and they're very careful with animals and I would 100% recommend them to anybody because they're so nice to the dogs my dog always comes out nice and fresh and just a hundred percent

My dogs pad was cut on the foot. Her nails.were fine. They cut her foot and her foot was bleeding. She had a sore on her foot and I had to put ointment on it to heal
