Workers are friendly, helpful, and professional. I only had questions about membership, so I didn't go inside the store. Looked VERY well-stocked from the entrance. If you're a member, don't forget to bring your Costco membership card!

Good prices and excellent meat and bakery departments. Their Australian lamb chops are outstanding, and don't pass up a chance to try their croissant rolls, cookies and cinnamon rolls. You have to be willing to buy in quantity (such as a 1.3 gal bottle of Heinz White Vinegar at a very low price), and sometimes an item you like (eg. the cinnamon rolls and Paisley Farms 4-bean salad) will disappear from stock only to reappear 6 months later. While shopping, take advantage of the free samples handed out by their friendly staff. You need to pay a yearly membership fee to shop at Costco's which also entitles you to purchase gasoline at their pumps at a price that is usually the lowest in town. Be sure to sign up to receive their monthly mailer listing items on sale. UPDATE-1: The 24 pack of cookies at under $10 is a bargain. The chocolate chip and macadamia/white chocolate cookies are very good, and the oatmeal raisin are outstanding.

Very clean but busy during weekend! We drive from Utica, more items are in stocks now. Hot dog always delicious, roast chicken always less than $5. All the bike, gym stuff are in stock now!

Weekends super busy , but they have everything in stock , very clean and organized. The self checkout is perfect, even if the line is super busy for checkout they move fast , bathrooms are clean and staff are nice . We love the chicken 🍗 they roast is sooo good , and don’t forget to stop at the cafeteria for hotdogs and churros they are absolutely delicious

The employees are freaking awesome. Friendly and helpful with the two questions we had today.Otherwise it's a big box store.Edit: when we were last, a cashier who's register had no one in line came over and bagged our groceries without anyone telling him to or being asked. This seems small, but in a day when other big box stores are pushing hard towards self-checkout, I found this positive both in employees' attitude here and in the use of cashiers in general.

I love Costco.... a little too much! Prices could always be better, but I am such a fan of the Kirkland products. And, there is always something different to check out, no matter which "department" you are in. I have yet to experience any kind of negative customer service, which says a lot these days. Will keep going!

I wish they could install tires as well as they cook hot dogs. They damaged two of my wheels when mounting tires due to not paying attention. I understand accidents happen and they said insurance will cover it. When insurance reached they agreed to pay the cost of the two wheels. Although they did not cover shipping, taxes or mounting and balancing. Also to add I had to go to a different tire shop a few days later to get my wheels rebalanced. In total I am out $170 and 2 months of scratched up wheels for Costcos mistake. I understand accidents happen and would be more than understanding if I was compensated somewhat fairly. Even a small gift card or waived membership fee for the inconvenience would've showed they cared a little instead of doing the bare minimum.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with the optical department. My wife's glasses were ready in 3 days and mine were ready in 5 days. The price and the service are unbeatable. Will definitely go back for our next glasses.

A nice big location, they have a lot of good things in bulk, with some good prices. Didn't seem very organized tho, things were kind of scattered around. Also, Erica, the cashier, was extremely rude. If I didn't pay so much for a new membership, I would not return.

Staff could be more nice. I am of a different ethnicity and one staff at the counter assumed I could not speak English. I do speak English very well. Thinking of cancelling my membership. Too bad, I like going shopping at Costco.

Worst Costco that I've been to, and not just one time. The line consistently goes to the back of the store on the weekdays ( I don't even try on the weekends). With several registers unattended, the solution should be obvious. The ones in Utah and California run a lot more efficiently.I should clarify the 2 star review is relative to other Costcos. Still better than other warehouse clubs.

I recently shopped at Costco in Camillus, NY, and was really happy with the experience. Their prices are so affordable and the selection of products is incredibly comprehensive. The store is clean and well-organized, making shopping easy and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend for great deals and a wide variety of products. Five stars for sure!

So many problems with cashier & check out. Yes we had the correct Costco card my wife had to use her bank card not mine even though we shared the same bank. Stupid! Second time this happened so we closed our account with Costco after 7 years!!!

I don't have a Costco where I live, not that I know of. Staying in the Tru Hotel right next to them. Just wanted to get some snacks and drinks for my weekend, maybe more. Other stores in that lot were closed and I just came in after 6hrs of driving and too tired to drive anymore. They don't have day/weekend passes available. The company would be wise to let hotel guests go in using key as a pass or offer some kind of day pass. Your missing out on sales opportunities.

Excellent customer service and products.This location is very clean inside and out. Ample parking, handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility. This location is convenient to restaurant, gas station and near the freeway for easy travel.

The chicken that you sold me today in camillus was rare really rare. Put it back in oven for 90 minutes so my family didn't get sick and now school age kids going to have their dinner at 830 . Costco cook your chicken please and get the Jack's organic salsa back please

Holiday shopping with my wife on 12/17/2023 trying to purchase Airpods. The airpod display doesn't have any cards for the Airpod Pro's so we go to the cash register and give the employee Bryan B The product number to see if any are in stock, which there are. I scanned my wife's costco card since it was more convenient (she was standing right next to me) and the total comes to $215.99, I go to pay with my debit card and Bryan stops me and says I can't purchase the item, that my wife would have to use her card because we scanned her card. He had a tone and was rude about it, so to avoid holding the already overwhelmed lines up I just had her pay and sent her money after the fact. Worst customer service I have ever received at any Costco, Bryan B needs a lesson on customer service! Two married people residing within the same household shouldn't have to purchase multiple memberships, next time I'll bring my marriage certificate in case I end up in Bryan's line again....

I would like to acknowledge James (JB), a manager in the administrative office ... I had service done on my tires and the paperwork did not have any notations on it. When I called to get the needed information, JB listened, spoke with the tire department, personally looked at the video of my tires being worked on, and asked the tire employee to come to the office to answer pertinent questions that I had. I was so impressed by this excellent customer service. I hope the company knows what an outstanding team member he is! In this day and age, it sure is refreshing to have a human listen and provide great service.
