Store #3 in Camden New York. Pharmacy is the WORST ever...RUDE RUDE RUDE. Asked a simple question was cut off and treated poorly over the phone by a pharmacy employee.It's Sad, living in a small town you want to support the local businesses, this is one I would recommend you stay away from.

Pharmacy poorly run... Enough negative experiences with the pharmacy and it's employees that I had to take my family's pharmacy needs elsewhere. Driving the twenty minutes to another pharmacy is seriously worth not having to deal with this one. That's how bad they were. I used medicine shoppe as my pharmacy for over 30 years never had one issue and when they closed our prescriptions automatically went here and thought it would be fine and unfortunately that was not the case. I don't know if I'll ever step foot inside this Kinney's again and It's too bad because the store side itself and employees are wonderful.

I have used Kinney's for my prescription needs for at least a decade. I try to be a good customer with the pharmacy (noting that my meds are running low, prescriptions need updating, etc) but I mess up quite a bit and have to speak with someone in pharmacy. It's an interruption in their work flow.I have only had a less than satisfactory experience once.While the store might be the only one for miles, and I could get my meds sent to me from somewhere else in the world, I prefer to use the store.It's because of the people who take care of me. Many times, they are the bright spot in an otherwise dismal day and that is a prescription that has to be filled on the fly.Expect to be standing on line for a few minutes because there are a lot of other people who feel the way I do. Know that when it is your turn, you are the only customer the pharmacy cares about at that moment.Big thanks to everyone at Kinneys.

Twice now I have been told my scripts would be ready on a certain day but on arrival I am told I have to wait another day. I understand that some scripts have time restraints to them, but causing a wild goose chase isn't funny. I think they hope to get you there to shop for other stuff while you are there, a sort of bait and switch. I have better things to do. Kinney is the only pharmacy for 1 5 miles. Otherwise I'd try somewhere else.

Everyone there is SOOO nice. Yeah lines are slow but it’s a pharmacy??? Every time I call ahead they have my meds ready, they are more than happy to help with any questions and the store is always CLEAN. Anytime you go in there you see people cleaning! They make you feel like a priority, way better than any other pharmacy I’ve been too.

I’m not a person that usually rates or gives a review but I felt it was necessary to give Kaylee (I think that is her name)some kudos. I have needed a lot of meds for myself and other family members this last month. This girl has been all over it. She covers everything. There were meds they didn’t have but she made sure they were there later in the evening she then called me to let me know they were there. She made a lot of personal calls that I certainly appreciated. It’s hard to even get a real person on the phone these days so when someone takes time to call you..... well, you give Thanks. I get frustrated at times waiting but everyone there is always very pleasant and helpful. We are living in some tough times. Everyone should try to be a little more patient and appreciative. Great Job Kinney’s Pharmacy team.I appreciate you!

Workers in pharmacy are using personal reasons (not liking me just because) to mess with my scripts and speak to pharmacist to hold my NON NARCOTIC MEDICATION AND TREATING IT AS A NARCOTIC. When this same worker has stolen meds from the pharmacy and messes with others scripts. Why she still works there idk. And why she has an issue with me also… IDK

The pharmacy is constantly running out of meds, which never show up when they say it will. Even if you order ahead for a refill, it's never ready when you get there. You end up waiting at least a half hour, sometimes even an hour or more, even when you've called ahead several hours earlier. Terrible customer service at the pharmacy!! I highly recommend going to The Medicine Shoppe just 2 blocks up the road! Much faster, more reliable, and much friendlier service.

One night when my wife was pregnant with our son she suddenly had an asthma attack. She hadn’t needed an inhaler in months so we didn’t have one.I called Kinney’s as they were closing and told them of the situation and asked them to please help. They filled my wife’s script and kept the store open just for us after hours. I don’t know what we would have done that night without them. This was over there years ago now, but it came to mind and I thought I should let everyone know. They definitely went above and beyond for my family.
