If not Noble/Ace will get it in for you quickly.Somehow employee training has sales associates understanding what a "whatsamacallit" and "whosawhatsy" is.Great Hardware Store!

Perfect old-school hardware store replete with heavily worn hardwood floors, small added-on rooms, a steep staircase, and everything in an orderly fashion and reasonably priced. Our new go-to hardware store!

Was passing through in August, and needed something quick. Not sure where to stop, I stumbled here. What a neat old store! From the creaky floors to the huge selection. The lady at the counter was a huge help. Love it. If I lived around, I'd be in all the time. Great store!

They always have what other stores don't. I wish my local ace had the same stuff. Whoever does their purchasing seems to know what I will be looking for. The people who work here are also very helpful and friendly.

Everyone here is so friendly and so helpful. Even when they don't have what I need they will help me look for it and be polite about the whole situation. They're very knowledgeable and have no problems asking questions for home owning rookies like me. They have an amazing variety of products for a local hardware store and 9 out of 10 times they usually have what it is I'm looking for. Great people.

Helpful staff navigated the nuts, bolts and washers saving me 20 minutes of doing it myself. Bought some jars for canning my tomatoes and some organic bug killer to whack the Japanese Beatles eating my bean plants and horseradish plants. Got it all done quickly and even had a $5 off card because I'm an ACE member and it's my birthday month. I'll be back soon to fix another problem! A great local store.

This store is horrible these days. Employee at the counter doesn't have a clue. Store has very limited inventory and what they do have is anywhere from 25% to 80% more expensive than other stores. I use to try to buy locally before going into the big box stores, however with this place save yourself the headache, frustration and money and go elsewhere.In response to the stores reply,Hours of training yet an employee doesn't know he shouldn't walk away from the customers that have been waiting in line to take care of the UPS guy that just walked in who is being paid to be there... Interesting.

This place is a small town hardware store more than a ACE, for the most part staff is good and they have most of what you need at a tiny mark up, only issue I would say I always have, buying wood or insulation, unless it’s a certain 2 employees, most don’t know what plywood or R19 insulation is, I made the mistake of sending my wife to get wood because I was busy working and she asked for 1/4 plywood cut 3ft by 4ft specific to what I needed, could of cut it myself but my wife wanted to help somehow, she comes back with a 1/8 inch sheet of Lauan (underlayment). Of course I get upset at her and she says “I asked the guy for 1/4 plywood, this is what he gave me”. Well after a 10 minute lesson to my wife on wood lol, I am deciding to just go to Home Depot, great store, just avoid buying those to things

Is this a hardware store or a flea market? the guy was kinda helpful untill I got to the register where he aggressively tryed to sell me flashlights, attempting to feature their brightness by shining them in my eyes, which is a bonehead move on a normal day and worse when your eyes are already irritated from saw dust. I'm not gonna buy your flashlights because it was annoying as a mosquito bite. Then you try and negotiate the price of the flashlights? What kind of sales tactic is that even? Who does that work on? Because all it made me want to do was not patronize this establishment. Weird, just weird
