This store seriously needs to repaint the blue lines around the handicapped parking spots, they are really faded. Everytime I come to this store all the handicapped spots are full and none of the cars there have a handicap placard OR plate on their cars. There is only one sign, and the lines are super faded so it is hard to tell but this should be enforced, and people taking handicapped parking spaces that are not eligible should be ticketed, no excuses. It’s bad enough being disabled and struggling to shop in this store that’s a mess… at least make it easier for us to get in the door. I’m tempted to grab blue spray paint and fix it myself.

I used to work here and this place is a complete joke the staff are always miserable from what I remember the manager is very disrespectful the entire store is completely filthy the floor is covered in holes if anybody is looking for a job I would not recommend this place absolutely not i got fired from something i didn't even do lot of the time you will not see any smiles on the employees at all always extremely serious looking

Good place to shop, went for supplies for dog after a walk. They had a sale on bowls and had water. There were a lot of people and staff was friendly. The biggest problem that I had with this dollar general was the driveway. You can barely get into dollar general because of all the potholes and cones. This should definitely be fixed ASAP, but at least the cones hopefully prevent cars from being damaged.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. But store was a mess. So many carts in the aisles. Had to move one to get to something I needed. And couldn't even go down one aisle because it was full of carts. I know they need to restock but shouldn't happen at 4pm on a Friday. Prime shopping time.

This store has actually been told the building is condemnable due to major structural issues.. The parking lot is in serious need of complete repaving not patching. People risk ruining their vehicles. The employees however are very kind and helpful.

This store is usually crowded with U-boats while many shelves are lacking. They had rude staff but that's getting better. I'd like to go in there to get things tho without moving U-boats

Good staff and great deals often. Always great things on clearance. Only saw the manager take down a special coupon deal down once because it was not coming out right at the register. Should have kept honoring it!

I live near this DG and I think the place is a disgrace. The parking lot is awful, the building is falling apart, it almost always stinks inside and the last time I went there was a real live bat flying around the store. Not even joking there was a little brown bat flying around terrorizing customers. The staff are misserable and rude, except for this one really nice guy, I like him.Overall bad experience would not recommend going there if you're in town unless you have to.

Some of them have really good people that work there and some people that just don't care about how the store looks like especially argyle they just don't care when Blanche was there when we were setting up to open was clean and taken care of now it's just run by kids that just don't care

Crowded but plenty of products to meet your needs. Shame on the landlord who has not repaired the parking lot. You have to maneuver a maze of orange parking cones to avoid very deep potholes.

Well well. Reviewing Dollar General...The DG in Cambridge is in a rather run down building with a run down parking lot.That being said, I appreciate it as a community resource for affordable staples and odds and ends I don't want to leave town for.Also, props to them for their late hours. Long after Rite Aid has shut its doors on Sunday afternoon, DG is there if you need OTC medicine or first aid products, not to mention everything else they have: cat food and litter, school or party supplies basic clothing.The current staff is always friendly and nice despite their busy jobs and the need to be in more than one place at once most of the time. When this DG first opened, almost every visit I was there staff members complained about work conditions/expectations to each other right in front of lines of customers. That is not a good thing, even though I know people often have legitimate concerns. Thankfully those people are gone or the complaining has otherwise stopped.As ghetto as this place kind of is, I appreciate it and it fills a real need in the community.

I asked an associate if he could please put his mask on as he was getting closer (less than 3ft) to me. He gave me a dirty look and only covered his mouth. As soon as he answered my question he took it off. By that point he was distancing but I must admit I’m scared for real reasons.if I cannot be safe there, I will not shop there.. We all know the breath is where the infectious particles are. Whether he breathes on me or merchandise.

The Cambridge Dollar General may not be the prettiest DG to look at but, when compared to any other one I've been to, this one has by far the most friendly staff I've ever met. Everytime I go in they treat me like a truly welcomed guest and they always have what I need. I'm proud to say its my hometown store.

I absolutely despise this Dollar general. The u-boats are finally being taken care of without crowding the aisles. But it's a mess of a store, the tile is falling apart the driveway was falling apart for years. I'd rather go to another town with another Dollar general.

The conditions of this dollar general are totally unacceptable. The parking lot is a disaster, the store is dirty and never properly stocked, and the customer service is terrible. The people are completely miserable. Terrible place to late night shop.

To many pot holes in the parking lot. If somebody isn't careful, they can damage their under carage of their vehicle and then DG can pay for their customer's vehicle repairs.

The cambridge store is difficult to get to, the craters in the parking lot are so bad you may damage your car. Store seemed unorganized.

Store aisles are always blocked with items that still need to be put on shelves and the parking lot is in such bad condition that just driving in could damage your vehicle.

THIS place is TERRIBLE....the most dilapidated, out of stock, dirty and depressing of any Dollar Store I have ever seen....The parking lot has potholes you cannot avoid....Worst discount store ever....Heard sales are down....any wonder???....Worth the trip to Greenwich, NY...😢😦
