They claim they open at 7 am but in reality they’re always late and open an hour later. On top of that prescriptions are almost always late for some reason. I never had this problem when I got my prescriptions at rite aid before they closed. But the prices here are good.

Ms. Abri who works in the Pharmacy gave me very bad customer service she was very dismissive and rude. In case that is not her name she is has long hair she wears glasses bigger than herself. She passed the buck and didn't want to help me I did not like customer service.

Concerned about the long lines and lack of privacy for confidential information. There has to be some other way to get customer names and birth dates without broadcasting it to the entire store. There has to be a way to discretely discuss issues/concerns without a public display. Pharmacy staff - people come to you because they or loved ones are sick. How you treat us in our vulnerable state matters. Have more care. Know how to de-escalate vs escalate a situation. Don't speak badly about us to your colleagues in front of us - using both your verbal and non-verbal communication. When you show genuine care and investment in us as your customers - you will win our respect and loyalty. It really grieves me that corporate entities set-up shop in black communities and the standards of customer care, overall shopping/transaction experience, physical environment from the inside out, and communication skills are extremely low compared to their presence in white communities. We are aware that we are not treated well. I loved Rite Aid because the experience was very different from CVS. The CVS experience at this store feels humiliating and 3rd class. There are so many people using this pharmacy, that we all blend into one for them. They don't remember customers. They don't know our names, no matter how often we visit. They are not 100% present and engaged when dealing with each person. I want to feel that I am being listened to and I want people who are empathetic and caring when it comes to my health. If you don't enjoy being in this community and providing vital health services, leave and go work in a community where you respect and like the people. I don't want a pharmacist to tell me he has health problems too when I have a deep concern about not being able to get medication. Instead of making suggestions to me of what I can do, or asking me how my health condition is in that moment, he made himself more important by minimizing my concerns. Raising his voice, narrowing his eyes at me and speaking negatively about me to his colleague technicians when I can hear him, is not helpful. As a black woman, statistics show me that my encounters with the healthcare system can be deadly for me, because my concerns and challenges are not taken seriously.

I have been going to this CVS for a couple of years. It is the worst CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacy line is always long and it takes a hour of standing in line to get your medicine. Also, I tried to call to speak to the pharmacist and someone put me on hold then they disconnected the phone call. I called back several times and they continued to disconnect the phone call. It is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to it needs to be investigated.

Zero stars for this poor excuse of a pharmacy. First off the parking lot is the absolute worst! Super small and chaotic to get in and out. HIPAA violations all throughout the pharmacy since there are no dividers or barriers in between the stations at the register. The employees yell your name, date of birth and prescription information as other customers are present. The line at the pharmacy is always long. The pharmacist Jaejun Lee is a very rude, sarcastic, annoying, pre-pubescent looking jerk. Hangs up the phone on people and the other employees also hang up on callers. This pharmacy is not helpful at all. These rude employees should not be working in this neighborhood. They see the demographics of the community and feel as though it's ok to degrade and disrespect us. Readers of this post and other reviewers, please know your worth and take your business elsewhere. We as a people and community deserve better and must demand better. Contact CVS headquarters and address your concerns. There is power in numbers. Don't let their disrespect silence you.

Location is great. Very clean and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Items are at a good rate and pretty much you can get a lil of everything, household items, snacks and cosmetics. I got some snacks and deodorant however they did not have the medical supplies that I needed which was fine. They are also doing free Flu shots. 😅😁👍🏾

I appreciate the staff and their help. They helped me to search for an item that I needed and when it worked as not available they gave me suggestions. They stock Caribbean Charles chocolate; Awesome. Even more helpful, they give cash back at the register. Whenever I am back in town I will be sure to visit.

I've been going to this pharmacy for a long time. Lines can be long at certain times. But recently, I feel like they have been trying to hire more staff to help. Staff seems to be friendly and helpful for the most part.

Doesn't answer phone calls or abruptly hangs up, as others have mentioned. When they did answer, refused to fill a script because the medicine was available over the counter - preventing billing through insurance. Glad I was able to get what I needed elsewhere. The physical location is very convenient but pharmacy staff sucks. The upfront cashiers are nice tho.

5 Star "LEE" The Pharmacist at the Consultation Window Went Above and Beyond To Help Me Find What I Was Looking For. He stepped out of his area and walked with me down the Aisles. Great Service I Recommend.Also the Young African American Male with Hair Twist, At The Pharmacy Front Counter, Who is a very Pleasant Young Man Should be Promoted to a Pharmacy Technician By Now, he Has Been There For 4 to 7 years. CVS should do right by their loyal employees.

Normally I don't shop here, but I needed passport photos taken in a hurry. Akeem, the shift supervisor was extremely accommodating despite having to move lots of boxes away from the passport photos background screen. I noticed he was good at multi-tasking, serving other customers with a smile on his face while I waited for my photos. It's nice to see a young man take pride in his work. Good candidate for promotion. Customer service was great!

This is my second time useding selfcheck out and each time this lady I don't know if she's spanish or indian but when there's anyone there checking out she is not there watching them but soon as I am checking out this lady is right up on my back watching me. I find it this tast full and racist!!! It feel personal and not professional!!!

Please take your job serious. You are doing something that the lives of our loved ones depends on. My parents are senior citizens and can’t advocate for themselves and this is the closest pharmacy to my parents’s home. My dad was informed that the medication he needed was not in stock when indeed it was. I have to speak for him. Let the young lady know that we have just spent 4 hours a the the cardiologist Office and he made it clear to me that my dad needed this medication today. My sister have been trying to get the medication for the last 3 days and the staff at the pharmacy kept saying she had to come back for it. I am so upset that you guys do not see the great importance of the job you are doing and you are not treating the customers with the dignity and honesty they deserve. If I had the power to do it, I would fire all of you and hire a staff that care about people’s lives more that anything. Treat the customers in the same manner you would want your loved ones to be treated! Love and respect people! Do not lie making people think that you are working on the refill and then say that you do not have it at the pharmacy. Shame on you! Shame on you!

I came there today to return a package for UPS pick up . Instead of handing me the phone to go type in my email for the receipt , the associate dropped it on the counter (which i found rude)....and goes back to his conversation completely ignoring me in the process . I typed in my email , and put the phone on the counter , waiting for him to realize I was done (keep in mind that he's still carrying on with his conversation) . It took him 2 to 3 minutes to respond . Please teach your associates proper customer service .

If I can give no stars I would. I called to find out the status of my great grandmothers prescription. They picked up and put me on hold with no intentions of answering. I then decided to call the front store, Jessica answered and transferred me to the pharmacy they answered right away then hung up on me. I called the pharmacy as well as the front store 3 times each and they stopped answering. I had to drive down there and went I confronted them about their unprofessional behavior they were very nonchalant. Worst cvs I’ve ever been to. I will never spend my money there again as well as telling those I know to avoid this store as well

Pharmacy Staff is not efficiently attending to customers. I have open a complaint incident # S-5482445. I and my entire family utilize your Cambrua Heights, Ny store #3138. The pharmacy staff isnot respectful or empathetic of patrons and exhibit poor Time management. Today, I was accosted by a pharmacy tech name Mark (was not involved I the following issue described below. He brought up an incident where I spent over 40 minutes waiting in store for an Rx that was supposedly ready per CVS text notification. Just trying to get one prescription a few weeks ago. By the end of that ordeal I was astonished and upset that not only had they wasted my time, I had to leave without my medication. I have continued utilizing them for my family RX needs but there is more often then not an issue with pharmacy staff dispensing and dispatching customers in a timely manner. I have watch then uncaringly dismiss elderly diabetic customers without they meds and not even inquire if they had enough for the next 2 days since that how long that store takes to clarify orders. The staff there does not embody your company mission statement. That condescending pharmacy Tech Mark threatened me with reporting me to CVS corporate and tried to physically intimidate me

I had a prescription sent from my daughter's doctor at 2:20pm, and by 6pm I had still not heard back. When I called the pharmacy I was put on hold and hung up on. I called back and was informed they needed updated insurance information to fill the prescription, and once again we were not notified until after I called them. While picking up the prescription my husband saw one of the pharmacy attendants pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. When he complained to the store manager he was extremely rude and dismissive. This is a terrible way to treat customers especially long time customers. I am completely disgusted by the manner in which this store treats their customers and will most likely be looking for a new pharmacy.

I come here to do some shopping often pre covid. I usually do an online pickup order during covid and post covid times. I also came here for my covid booster shot and flu shot (2022). The pharmacist was super nice and very helpful. Never had a problem with the staff or the store.

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. The most incompetent CVS I've ever visited. Even with a full staff in the pharmacy, the line wraps around the store. 3 hrs is still not long enough to fill a prescription apparently and the staff is RUDE. I'm happy to say I moved all my scripts next door to BAKERS PHARMACY and will NEVER go back.

Never again! Unprofessional! Everybody on cellphone and smart watch. Texting while ringing you up and hardly making eye contact. But, what can you expect in a predominately ethnic neighborhood. Pharmacist needs to command respect from their workers too instead of standing there and not correcting behavior. Even the store manager on cellphone texting and calling ppl. Bye!

I think it is ridiculous that no one answers the phone in the pharmacy dept. I have been on hold over an hour and not once did anyone pick up. Then i call the front of the store someone answers said they will talk to the back where the pharmacy is a have someone answer 15 minutes went by and still no answer. Finally i called back and had to ask for a manager in order to get assistance. This is unacceptable!
