Used the dog wash station. Only $10 and well spent. So much easier to put them in a stand up tub and scrub him down. They have they high velocity air dryer which worked great. Only con is the room could use a good cleaning.

Manager lied about 170 gallon aluminum tank not being a return and refused to budge on price even after I showed her a six inch gap in sealant where it was evident the unit leaked. The night manager said it was a return, come down and get it for ten percent off and it has no damage. She lied too. Both managers lied: it was a leaky damaged returned 170 gallon tank and I got 15 percent off even though I had a rain check from the Medford location for 189.99. This is my first time at this location and I will never come back. Your day manager, I believe her name is Jill-- unfriendly, lied straight to my face and completely refuted the plans layed out for me by the night manager. This woman and the night manager Joy are killing your business --you just lost mine and I'll be spreading the word. Appalling.

My husband went to go return a trailer hitch ball as it ended up being the wrong size ball. The guy that helped him clearly did not want to be at work let alone do his job with his attitude and was giving my husband a hard time, couldn’t be bothered and refused to accept the return claiming there was “signs of little use” yeah because it was put on and it didn’t fit!!. Ill be taking my business back to the medford location- their staff is much more friendlier and helpful.

Completely turned off by this place now. Went to get propane there twice. The first time wqs a few hours before closing and was told the propane was locked up for the night. Their propane is always locked. I've seen them open it for other people getting propane. The second time was last night, at least an hour before closing they tell me "we dont do propane in the rain".1- it was not rqining at the time2- the propan fill station is covered so they wouldnt even get rained on.I don't think I'll ever be returning to tractor supply!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service …The people who work there BESIDES CLARA. Are useless. I was there last week and I watched a chick get stomped on for 5 mins and died… I told the worker and they didn’t come to help the chick until it was on its last breathe. Then she followed me around the store to tell me that she’s sorry and the chicks okay, when I saw the chick die in the pen and proceeded to get stomped on. TRACTOR SUPPLY NEEDS TO DO BETTER.

This store is assume. Tractor Supply is my go to store for all my families chicken supplies to raise our chickens. It’s also great for work gloves and other yard tools. The staff are friendly and helpful. And there prices for propane are usually the best in town. They charge you for what you put in your propane tank. Not just a flat rate like other places.

Taweek was the most kindest human ! I bought my items and not only did he offer assistance in the store he came out of the store when he didn’t have too and helped me put my items in the car. Each of the bags was 50 lbs and he didn’t have to help me at all. But he came out and helped even after the store was closing.what a fantastic employee and kind human! I wish I knew how to get through on the survey the store give you so I could sing his praises!

Brought my 20 pound tank to the side to get filled with propane and very nice and helpful woman opened the gate and took care of me right away and i was even able to pay with credit card right there. Very fast and efficient.Also love that you charge by the gallon and not a set price. Thank you all.

Very friendly staff who seem to enjoy their jobs. If you've ever wanted to visit the place where the Saw movies were filmed, check out the dog wash here! It's a little less sanitary than what's depicted in the movies, but as soon as you walk in, there is no doubt this dog wash was the filming location of the Saw movies !

Was recommend to come here to see Otis for all our camping needs while at wildwood. He hooked us up with the best firewood in the area, was super pleasant and hospitable. Even helped us pick up a few last minute supplies. We came back a few more times to get more firewood and he was there to assist and was the best customer service representative ever, each time. Go see Otis at tractor supply company for all your supply needs.

The only thing there that's good, is the cashier Maggie who works thereShe is really nice.She's extremely helpful. The other staff members don't speak and act like you're not there to shop, so they walk by you without saying hello, good morning, or good evening or a word....I hate going there, with that type of behavior

This Store is run so professionally and Smart!! The manager Stephanie, I think, she is the manager. Is a pleasure to deal with and Super Knowledgeable and Friendly. I have been to other Tractor Supplies. This one is head and shoulders above others.

They have a nice selection of things but I specifically went to use the self-service dog washing station. One station was broken, and the other I had difficulty turning on the water because the hose was "stuck." Otherwise, it's a nice setup, except that there's not enough airflow or internal vents/fans in the room, so they had the door to the room open. Not good when you have a dog that wants to run away because of the huge "scary" floor fan at the door. Even with the floor fan, the room quickly got pretty steamy and uncomfortable, exacerbated by the fact we wear masks due to the coronavirus pandemic. There was a decent selection of shampoos, but it was lacking a deshedding shampoo. There were a couple of grooming tools out, there were dryers, and they supplied a couple of towels, more than enough for my small dog. All in all, I'll be back again for the convenience, especially when my dog is blowing her coat and I'd prefer to not have her fur clogging up drains in my house. For $10, it's worth it.

I never have had an issue with this store. Always had a good experience until today. My Mom and I went to get our propane tank filled, keep in mind we have never done this before with Tractor Supply. A person in the front said just take it through the store and meet the woman outside. As soon as we got out a worker by the name of Helen immediately interrupted customers that she was with in order to yell at us "You are not aloud to bring propane tanks through the store!" My mother and I immediately turned around and said that a worker in the front told us it was okay to bring this tank through. After we were YELLED at like children by this woman, she proceeds to say just bring it over there and points at a tank. We reply back "are we supposed to just fill it ourselves?" Helen says "I will help you in a minute." Like we were a burden to her. After this we go to pay and complained to the cashier. She is apparently a team leader as well? Absolutely disgusting. I have never met a more rude person in my life. I am so disgusted with how we were treated today, this is a complete turn off.

Great place for all your farming supplies....it's where all the lo als go for baby chickens, ducks. Or whatever as well as food and supplies. To get a good idea of what the East End, North Fork of Long Island is all-out, you need to come by to chat.

Real nice alternative to the orange and blue big box hardware store. Featuring a more diverse array of products geared toward do it yourselfers, farmers pet owners and outdoorsmen. Good quality products at reasonable prices. Next time give this a try, you'll be surprised at how much they carry

This is my FAVORITE STORE EVER. I have been waiting and waiting for Tractor Supply to come to anywhere on Long Island. It’s worth the drive from MTK to go get feed and other items at great prices. This store is a HUGE asset to us on Long Island. Thank you Tractor Supply.

I checked the internet to see if this store was open and it said it was and that it closed at 9 pm. I drove over an hour to get there to find about 15 cars in the parking lot. I grab a cart and walk into the store and was told they are not open. I asked if I could just look to see if they had what I needed and was rudely told no, that I should order it online if they don’t have it tomorrow. REALLY? I already wasted 2 hours of my day - now they want me to come back? I don’t think so.

Told me on the phone they could fill my propane tanks, just come at least an hour before closing. I had to drive out to this far location in Calverton since the Medford location by me won’t fill anything larger than a BBQ tank. I am coming from Patchogue. I rented a trailer since the larger propane tanks can not go inside a vehicle. I arrive at 5:30PM (they close at 8pm) and they told me they sent the propane guy home and no one could help me. I now have to rent a trailer again tomorrow and spend more time and fuel driving out there again. I told all this to the manager on duty and they would not even offer me any voucher or coupons or anything after completely wasting my evening. And now i have to pay for a trailer for a second day. Unbelievable!

I love Tractor Supply Co. However, they do not have Veteran's discount. And on behalf of my fellow Veterans I feel that this issue needs to be addressed. Long Island NY has the second largest number of Veterans in the U.S. Is second to San Diego California.
